God I hate Derek. Wasted no time and trying to move in the very next day with his ugly furniture. Now he is acting controlling and telling Ashley she needs to sell her stuff to free up space for his. Like girl, its okay to backot and tell him to get lost

It's those straight laced ones you have to look out for. 

You're right, they own part along with CBS and the NAACP, which is still amazing to me they wanted in. 

Ted tells Eva he believes that one day she'll find her person.  I like that the dialogue was worded with no assumption about the gender.

So not only is Derek too cheap to live on his own, he's too cheap to get a new apartment with Ashley and now too cheap to get a rental unit for all his stuff. In what world does he think Ashley's studio has space to accommodate all his things? I hate him

So Martin's dream/flashback - looked like cop cars and someone bending over him... my guess is he killed someone in an auto accident and he was under the influence.  Bill was the attorney that helped Vernon/Anita get him off.  We'll see!
