I have to disagree here, as I think JJ is about the only male actor in his age group who I find compelling to watch, aside from Van Hansis' Lucas. Meanwhile, the men on this show who are traditional "leading man material" are boring as [!@#$%^&*]. Dante and Chase were on today, giving me lots of FF material.

Thank god!

They honestly just fit together. Though I was more team Ric. I despise Kristina and I’d rather see her punished for attempted murder than walking free until her next psychotic episode.

She really does. And I hope Liz puts the brakes on this whole Lucky reunion when she finds out he knew it was Kristina. I didn’t see JJ in the 90’s, and he was a weeping mess the last time he was on the show, so I have no particular fondness for him or he and Liz together.

Hobo Lucky going down memory lane with Liz hasn't been cutting it. It works only if you pretend that the characters haven't seen each other since the late 1990s and ignore 26 years of stories.

Lucky's been back for over 7 months, and it still feels like he's only a guest star. He hasn't been integrated into the canvas at all.

Works for me! I never bought Jacob Young or Greg Vaughn as Lucky; it just seemed like an Invasion of the Body Snatchers scenario where this distinctive young character actor woke up one day replaced by a bland generic soap hunk. And I wasn't watching the trashy storyline Guza cooked up during JJ's last return.

You're right though that he doesn't seem well-integrated into the canvas at this point. JJ's relatively low episode count might be part of the culprit here.

That's all down to Frank. He came up  with this plan, did the recasts & has continued on with the Davis women. That's why I say he has an idea what the heck he is doing with them. I don't think it's just random & it is definitely not the actresses just deciding. It's Frank & the writers. Just when you think Kristina has gone too far, she steps back, some. She is very much steps forward, then steps back. I understood why he sent Blaze away on tour but I don't understand why she's been gone so long. That seems off. Kristina is so much better with Blaze. The only time she is mature.

I have secretly harbored this wish, that she return from her successful tour to sing at the Nurses Ball! But we do not know, for sure, that Sidwell is her dad. Marco & Ali could have different fathers. I wonder if Marco sings. A bit to learn. I am so glad they changed his name. I don't know how to pronounce Eloi.

The third man is Howie Hofstetter, Bo's friend who helped Hope get out of marrying Larry Welch. I'm holding out for hero… I'll let someone else tell you who the other two are, because it will blow your mind. Poor Bo & Hope had a free destination wedding in England, at a castle, and only the "B" team of Salem was available to attend!
    • Watch it still be more of a classic than what B&B and Y&R would show.
    • It's a repeat. Not sure of the episode # just yet.
    • Aw, I care about Melissa. Hope's OG bff, and I'm talking before the SORAS. #neverforget I think the polite thing to do is just a simple Happy Anniversary, plus heartfelt message, without the mention of specific years. Did Melissa ever interact with Billie or Carly? I'm guessing fake Melissa did with the latter before she left? That picture made me realize I've never really thought about how it was pre-Steve and John existing. And no Roman, or Kayla, or Doug and Julie. Who was Bo's best man? And who are the three people next to him in that picture?
    • Lol.  No one cares about Melissa.  She's a non factor. I do side eye the Billie/Carly years and the multiple divorces, but I still consider John/Marlena's 1986 marriage to be their real marriage even though it's not, so I'll let the whole thing slide with Bo/Hope.  Kristian looks great so when you hear 40 years of marriage you think she was like 11 when she got married.

Here's the question, let's say you're Melissa, -- Would you be forgiven for not posting about Bo & Hope's anniversary today on social media because you didn't include the number of years that either of them were assumed dead in the last 40 years? Is it rude to Billie and Carly, if the Brady's ignore the time Bo was with them?
    • I am no Bo/Hope fan girl, but I think the ages were about 18/22.  It was more Doug finding Hope in a comprising position with Bo that gave him a heart attack lol.
    • Never forget, as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of Bo and Hope, that their age gap was so wide it gave OG Doug a heart attack.
    • Doug can legally order drinks and has since he arrived so I assume he's like 22 or 23.  A little too old to be creeping on Holly, but they are all graduating or graduated (Ari) so it's not the worst.
    • I just think with high schoolers, you have to establish the age of their romantic interest.  Otherwise, it can get really creepy.  If Doug was 19-20, I would've enjoyed his poetry/books discussion with Holly because on paper, it was actually pretty good.
