It would be Josh Griffith like to screw up this story.

Well, it's not the first time that the target for a potential murder mystery has changed. We debated that on here all last year when PM was writing. From Valentin (I did start to peek into yesterday's episode and happy to see he IS behind bars, not happy about the propping to get him there) to Ava to now Drew. So we will see if they swerve again. ;)

I see no problem with posting those clips here. Anyone who doesn't want to see them can keep scrolling. I don't understand making a big deal of this, or any deal at all.

Now listen here, we are agreeing with each other so often. Here we go again agreeing. What is the world coming to?  🤔🙄😉🙃😇👏🎤 [drop]

I don't think Mulcahey could have pried JPS out of Frank's grasp. I do think Ava was on the chopping block though. The whole "I have no money" story feels very thrown together even by the show's standards.

I hoped one Val was revealed as the head of Pikeman (with Brennan as simply the face) that he would be gone. At least it was clear PM had no need for him. Little did I know it would be the thing that probably really set Frank off. And a year later literally here we are with him finally in jail...but not without random cameo appearances.

I still feel Ava was more 50/50, but still...yes.

Ugh. I saw her with Lucas...and a convo with Nina...and shook my head. At this point...that 'story' is ridiculous.

That's nice, but this isn't SoapZone in 2005. The rest of us are not here to see archival couple clips posted in the daily 2025 episodes thread and we can report them if necessary. I promise you I will not be  the only one.

Old clips/pictures of the past shouldn't be posted in here if it has nothing to do with what's currently airing.  Same thing with discussion of the past, especially when it goes on and on for pages - a post here and there, fine......but long discussions need to go in the history thread.

I think that may have been where things really got wild and woolly BTS. Because Mulcahey was clearly prepping to dump Valentin.

In the long run it may have been worth it to just appease Frank and keep stringing along the way they did with Julian for ages, but I can see why Mulcahey would find the character past any expiration date.

The difference is that Frank tried for years to off Julian/WDV. At the earliest (if not earlier, depending on some stories) he was supposed to be gone when he tried to kill Alexis with the dagger that killed her mother. Allegedly the network intervened bc of Julian and Alexis' perceived popularity over and over.

I always forget it was the network rather than the other way around. Maybe this is Frank's revenge.

I agree. Just spinning those wheels when they could had had a Carly/Brennan/Anna triangle right there, but that idea became DOA when the writing that made it a possibility (aka writing with nuances) left the building. I admit that I still had a little bit of hope due to the actors' chemistry, but now that things are truly back to 'factory settings...'a total time waster now.

That also makes me think that Lucas/Brad are about to join Terry/Yuri on the backburner or wherever they are at.

It's about to be Lucas and Blaze's brother, Marco, renamed from Eloi. Brad? Nope.

That was, to me, the death of Julian Jerome. They tried to rehabilitate him with Tamara Braun's Kim. Great chemistry between Braun & William deVry's Julian, but... it was not going to last at all.
