After the Finn reveal, we'll find out Poppy drugged Lunacy to commit the murders. Poppy so desperately wanted $B that she *minted* Lunacy to get rid of Tom. Hollis ended up as collateral damage. Of course, Poppy stocked the fridge with lots of tainted bottled water to cover the period when she was in jail and Lunacy built that cage for Steffy.
