An idea about the finale of the show... Sheila puts poison in everyone's food at Taylor and Ridge's wedding. Nobody survives except Brooke who is left all alone without a single surviving child, sister etc. Sheila goes to prison... Brooke retires from "high society"... to live out her final few decades of life in a german convent. In the last few scenes we see nuns whispering to each-other in german... with english subtitles... saying - You know who the new one reminds me of? I read about this in the newspaper years and years ago... about this wicked woman that slept with an entire family and she caused them so much misery! She looks just like her. No way... our quiet, modest... Brigita... no way she can be her! You are imagining things. - the other nun replies. Brooke overhears this and just... smiles slightly. A sad, heartbreaking smile.

The last shot is old Brooke watching from a window... we hear people talking in the garden of the convent and someone says in german "She is such a slut"... about someone else (not Brooke) in the distance. Brooke kisses the little cross on her neck. The theme music of the bold and the beautiful sounds, but in a moody orchestral arrangement...  the camera zooms out to... first the window, then the convent, then the surrounding beautiful fields with sheep and a dog that is chasing them.

FIN.

Yes! Yes! Yeeeeeeeees!

She acted like she wanted to basically ignore what happened... Left her child to the wolves... and went home with the vile chauvinist pig only to once again beg him and ask him in a pathetically passive tone - Ridge, let's talk this problem out... let's find a solution.

What solution, you clown? The guy just called your daughter a nasty little bitch and you're going to try to reason with him?! I truly hope this is just a build up for Brooke to unleash on Ridge and bury the Bridge myth once and forever. I truly hope so.

And I pray this is a step towards... writing Ridge off (doubt it knowing Bradley). He needs to go. Him and Liam (who's practically gone thank you Jesus) should go on an airplane together and be last seen somewhere over the Pacific Ocean.

I can't stop thinking about something... Brooke needs to get back to her old tricks after breaking up with Ridge this time. And you know what I'm thinking... Who needs Finn... that would be a cheap scandal without any consequences... Liam... blah... who needs that...

I know who she should hook up and torment Ridge and Taylor with - Thomas freaking Forrester! Played by a whole new actor. Why I say brand new one, because... at this point I doubt MA will return. I see no signs of it. He's practically gone.

They should cast someone that KKL has chemistry with... Someone 40ish years old, Ronn Moss-type in appearance! She started the show by marrying the father (Eric)... she should end it by marrying the grandson (Thomas). It will be classic Bradley Bell... and Ridge will sh-t himself in his pants if he has to witness Logan and his son marrying. It will be disgusting, yes, but Bradley Bell's already done it sort of... in 2011.

I say - why not.

First time I hear these rumors is right here, right now. Never heard this.

Ever. I only based my opinion on the fact that 2024 is pretty much a gone year for him. In Bold... that means you are out most of the time.

Loved Steffy hitting Hope with her shoulder as she left.

LSV is a terrible actor. His expressions don't match his scenes. They should've recast the role before putting him front and center.

Hope is a hot pathetic blabbering mess. I actually hate her.

He's still in the credits. He's not the only one that's been given the shaft. Did RJ leave town?

For the love of god Hope, please channel your inner Amanda Woodward and relish this moment. Gloat. Rub it in. None of this nonsense about scared and shocked facial expressions. Grin. Be smug.

Watching her and Carter guilt over this and watching her take all the things Ridge and Steffy say to her just sitting down isn’t entertaining at all. Conflicts are far more entertaining when the two parties can dish it as good as they take it.

This, I hate seeing Hope try to grovel and rationalize with Steffy - "oh, I wasn't trying to seduce your husband! I'm sooooo sorry." whereas Steffy would be like "you're damn right I f*cked your husband, because you can't satisfy him!" And Brooke telling Ridge about Hope and Carter's plans, thinking the harpies would give her credit... just no.

I'm sure Brad will pull another stunt with Hope. We will find out Hope was using Carter to get back at Steffy, and all this crying was part of her act.

I mean, Carter and Hope have known each other for all of 5 seconds and became an instant couple. It is ridiculous!

I can’t even go into any long rants other then shame on Bradley for ignoring his own shows history, and just continuing this “Logan’s are evil” facade, after everything those MARONE a$$holes have pulled over the years.
at this point I wouldn’t even know how to fix all this, and I think the shows even more damaged beyond repair at this point.

Someone on X suggested that Steffy is probably gonna get Liam to make Hope forget about Carter and to get her back out of the company…that’s such a Brad Bell move and it’s predictable…..and in Steffys case because she chased after Liam herself all those years it would be too desperate on her end, although that’s how she is.

sorry I can’t hide my disdain for Steffy, but I don’t mind if you prefer her over hope! lol

    • Nick told Victoria that he and Sharon had married in England.  Victoria was shocked.  Then she realized he was kidding.  He confirmed it was a joke and they're platonic. I don't even know what to say about that.
    • It's funny you say that because part of the entertainment of the trials on the show are all the day players who come on as witnesses and jurors.  I'm certain it was like the Law and Order of its time. It employed so many New York actors, that if you look close enough, there's usually someone vaguely recognizable in the courtroom.
    • I will defend Dante.  People already suspect he may be a bit unstable from time to time (from his time as a prisoner).  And, he's taking care of other people's kids from time to time.  So, he has reason to be cautious with those in his care.
    • Josh continues to try and milk Abbott/Newman rivalry. First it was Billy/Victoria, then Kyle/Summer, then Noah/Allie (that worked out well) and now Kyle/Claire. Do we have any inkling when Billy Flynn will arrive and who he will play? I'm sure Cole's illness will mostly play offscreen. What's in store for Nick and Sharon? Is it time to put them back together? I can't see any other romantic options. Nick has no children on the canvas to play off, as Christian is never seen. Sharon has only Mariah onscreen.
    • I would appreciate (if they're not coming), for future scripts to refer to them by their iconic hairdos.  For example, if Hope needs to call Chelsea because Bo has Sepsis, I'd like Shawn-D to say, "My Mom called Chelsea (the one with the sassy short black hair) for an update." Also, new rule, if Melanie does return, she needs to dye her hair back to red.  I googled who she was five times during Victor's funeral.

    • Broderick, thank you for all of the info [I edited for space]. I am so grateful for everyone filling in the blanks for me. I suspected the Nora/Eliot scene was very important and it was setting something up but I didn't know what. Can't wait to see it play out. The two actors had such a great back and forth. I should have made the Paige/Patty Hearst connection. I thought Paige was in love with Brian from the first episode I watched but it seemed as if they were brother and sister. Steve kept being affectionate with her so I assumed he was the love interest. Then she was affectionate with someone else and well..she's a very busy woman. I can't wait to see Frances Fisher show up. (I'm trying to be vague because I don't know what would be a spoiler in this storyline) Now it makes sense why Draper would be upset. I didn't get the whole background of why he didn't go to NY. I'm a sucker for good acting, so I might still side with April and Margo, if the writers don't give Draper more to do besides yelling.  He had more chemistry with Logan, but I know that's not happening.  Something else I noticed: the show really takes care with even the smallest parts. The acting is superb. Too often, I noticed on older soaps they don't take care with the recurring or day players (Ryan's Hope was so bad with this that I couldn't make it through some episodes). It's only been six episodes, but so far, the casting department was spot on.
    • I thought Dante was overreacting.  Gio made some mistakes but he's young and he tried.  It's not like he dragged two 14 years to a party and made them get blackout drunk.  Dante can have the initial upset reaction, but to go on and on was a bit much.
    • His (adoptive) nieces.  Chelsea and Stephanie.  I think Abby was involved too, but I am not sure if they are related lol.
    • That was such a dark story. I never liked Swamp girl after that. And then the dating your cousin thing. I think wasn’t Max in a triangle with two of his cousins?
    • Thank you, @j swift.  I'm probably more sympathetic to Draper Scott than most audience members are -- even though I'm absolutely CRAZY about Ann Williams & her bizarre Margo Huntington character

The more I watch these episodes -- and I've watched several of them a zillion times, I'm ashamed to admit -- you realize there's a WHOLE lot of passive-aggressive hostility brewing inside Margo Huntington about Draper.  She wants to take April AWAY from him and recreate the childhood that she never got to experience with April, because of the adoption 25 years ago.  Draper has sense enough to realize how heartless and vindictive Margo really is about other people's lives and their feelings, but he bites his tongue rather than poison his wife's mind about how horrible her mother really is.  And I admire him for that.  He's a sweet boy.
