LOL!  It's crazy how much Ingo dropped his own accent. 

I'll be honest, I don't think Harrington would have been a BAD Jax recast and it's certainly more believable than him as a Jagger recast-I just think AH lacked some charm and charisma that Jax requires.

I don't think we saw all Harrington had to offer in the role of Jagger. Having seen him in a couple of other roles, I do think he could have pulled Jax off and even given him something new.

Or, another option: bring back Gideon Emery, who pinch-hit in the role in 2008.

Most of Jax's remaining personality is the accent, lol. I see no reason to recast him, let alone without it.

Adam Harrington was always mediocre to me except for that one speech. I could not have seen him as Jax.

What's the reason for Josslyn and Trina staying at the Q mansion?

It makes no sense to me.

They're renting the apartment above the Quartermaine garage instead of staying on-campus; they looked at two previous places, which fell through, and Gio suggested they move into the one above the Q garage. The place was offered to him by Ned, but Lois & Olivia insisted he live at the main house.

Yeah, the Quartermaines were so hard up for cash they started renting rooms above their garage. And that rent also includes full access to the grounds somehow. You know, like people with mansions do.

They had Kelly’s/Bobbies right there. The upstairs units have housed many a young character on this show.

Considering how many Australian actors keep trying to crack the US market I'd think they could find an Aussie actor, but I agree Jax isn't needed. I'd be fine sending Joss six feet under, frankly. Maybe they can have Sebastian Roche play Jax for her funeral and have him wink at the camera.

Yeah, I too struggle to find a place for him and frankly think Jax lasted longer on the canvas than he should have.  I spent years complaining Jax did nothing! Outside of the Brenda and Carly pairings Jax just said Sonny was the worst for decades.

If you really want to bring Jax back I'd say find someone that works well with Rena and maybe go for a Lois/Jax pairing.  It's a little weird on Lois's part to go after Brenda's sloppy seconds, but it's been so long I would give that a pass.

That's a good idea. Brenda would probably just say have at it, given the end of their relationship.

Lol!  I was thinking Lois might have more of a problem with it than Brenda.  It would also position Carly/Lois as rivals and I know Carly doesn't need more enemies or anything, but it's never sat right with me that Lois is perfectly fine with Carly currently.  Lois should have numerous issues with her in general because she has integrity.
