Thanks. Wouldnt that make her older than Lulu though? I thought Sasha was supposed to be closer to Michael's age

Again, age is merely a construct on soaps. It genuinely is with retconned histories and SORAS at play.

Lulu was "born" in 1994, but was revised to 1988.

Michael was "born" in 1997, and has been revised multiple times. As of 2016, it's been revised to 1992, as the date on Morgan's tombstone is 1994, which would make Michael two-years older than Morgan.

I didn't mind Alexis/Shawn either, but you are right.  It was basically a non-pairing.  It sort of reminded me of the years when the show tried to make Mac/Alexis a thing and nothing ever came of it.  Obviously, two completely different character and couplings, but it just sort of lingered instead of moving anywhere.

It was designed to neuter Shawn by putting him with Alexis. I have a lot of fondness for both Alexis and Nancy but that's just the truth, she couldn't buy real story at the time and was seen as over the hill at that point until Julian came along.

I would happily take Shawn the tycoon back but I don't think it will happen.

I know people on here like Brennen but he's such a useless character to me.  I keep wondering why he's still in PC.

Brennan has a funky witch's nose. I'm just putting it out there.

I'm waiting for that exit, too, which is a shame because I really do like Charles Mesure as an actor.

Honestly, bringing Shawn back would just make Curtis look like a loser and Donnell will cry about it and probably talk about how great Laura/Curtis would be.  But Shawn > Curtis any day of the week.

Exactly.

I am sure Brook Kerr would love to work with an actor that cares so I want SB for her.  Actually, I want anyone that tries to regularly act to work with her lol.

Still, at this point my only remaining interest in Jason (since Steve claims he is ready to retire in a couple years) is scandalizing the Facebook moms by having him in a (short) dalliance with a returned Keesha Ward. Though I imagine today's GH would issue a public apology to the Klan for something like that.

LOL!!

Robert/Sasha took a DNA test.

That test & its results were fair portions of two whole days of the show!

The man has had several names.  Coltin Scott and Stephen Martines are both names he used professionally.  It turns out he started swindling old rich ladies after his acting career dried up.  You can google it all.

The spirit of George Reinholt lives on.

I just don’t pay attention to ages and dates with years anymore on soaps. I am of the opinion they should never include the year on headstones, etc. It’s just never going to line up with what happens onscreen with these couples. They want to drag out characters behavior long past reality, and then age up their late in life kids. Or give them kids young and try to stop time with aging them to keep the parents viable. It seems to me that for like 25+ years the ideal mental age range of a soap character is 25-35, even if they are pushing 50.

No Lulu again, what a disappointment.

Today’s episode was mostly filler before Ava’s trial. All of the scenes with characters discussing it felt like complete retreads so I got nothing to comment on there

Its a bit early for Sasha to be getting a pregnancy test no? Poor Mac always has to be responsible for watching over the 80s vets kids.

Michael trying to expose Drew to Curtis was funny. Curtis always comes across like a “shine your head for nickel” type company man so I wasn’t surprised he still mostly rode for his guy.

The scenes with Dante, Jason and the kids were nice though a bit corny. I wasn’t expecting Jason to decide to move into the Quartermaine mansion. Could be an interesting dynamic shift if they play it up.

At this point if we get Lulu reuniting with her family by Turkey Day (they've got to, right?) I'll call it a win. This is a classic example of the FV Taping Struggle.

It’s very noticeable and also jarring. There is no flow to any story because it’s being put together like a puzzle by people that don’t care anymore about any details, just getting it to air.

It's pretty clear FV and the show have spent more than a year scrambling. I wish someone with any power would sit him down and tell him flat out what he felt was working as far as his production model is broken beyond repair. He needs to take a step back, look critically at the big picture again and make changes or lose his job. Because some of the right decisions being made are being undone by bad scheduling and the stop and start stories.

I thought Monty hated working with strong writers but Valentini is worse than she ever was. And she repeatedly hired her own sister!

They will stay in their ratings gutter because no momentum is allowed to build anywhere. Anticipation is the bread and butter of this genre.

So just so I’m clear. A federal agent was murdered in Port Charles, and because Alexis didn’t do it they just said okay? Good enough for us? I hate that the writers treat us like we’re so stupid and have no memories.

Not gonna lie, I actually saw some chemistry with Gio and Trina today. Could we perhaps get a triangle?
