Well yeah diamonds!  Wouldn't Holly have learned that her daughter Sasha was involved with Cody and some diamonds storyline?
If Holly had zero maternal care in her heart, she would at least have come back to use her daughter Sasha for getting the diamonds.  That would have been something in character for conwoman Holly to do. But it didn't happen.
Instead it was Sasha's mother-in-law Gladys using Sasha for profit?

1) Holly didn't reach out with maternal care during all the years that everything horrible was happening to Sasha.
2) Conwoman Holly didn't use her daughter Sasha for profit in the Cody diamond storyline.
Holly didn't do either of those two things (that we know of).  So how could she be Sasha's biological mother?

Part of me thinks could it possibly be that Paloma raised Sasha under the alias of Amanda Gilmore?

I think the actress who plays Willow is a male version of the actor who played Nathan; pretty to look at, but not much going on. They are models, not actors.

Willow might have had more success if the writers had made her a mean, petty, shallow person. But for some reason they write her as a "heroine," which just translates into boring because of her lack of charisma.

See, Jen Lilley would've been a solid casting for Willow Tait. She really would have, and would have given the role some teeth that Katelyn MacMullen is unable to provide.

Instead of giving characters interesting behavioral motivations they’re once again relying on a tired soap trope to make the audience care. I’m beginning to really dislike this show again.

I didn't even know of the character Paloma's existence until just now when seeing the name mentioned above and looking at a wiki. (I have been an intermittent viewer).  Well okay then.  That would fit, perhaps Sasha is Holly's niece?

I could see that. Perhaps Sasha does not know her mother is dead.

To me, it'd be the only way to not completely 180 Holly here, and add her to the dead beat club. Paloma is already dead, which would feed into Sasha's story that her mother is dead.

Well, Sasha did mention that "Amanda" was dead.

Yesterday or in the past?

Sasha didn't really react like she was seeing her presumed dead mother just show up at her door.  It was more subdued, but, well, SM does tend to "underact" at times lol.

I think Chad Duell appears more interested in Michael’s scenes with Kristina than in Michael’s scenes with Willow.

Tbf though Holly was presumed dead for a good chunk of that (Victor Cassadine faked her death, shot and killed Paloma and then burned Paloma's body to fool Robert into thinking it was Holly), she came back about a month after Brando died.

Though that just raises even more questions about what Sasha knew, why Holly didn't go visit her after she came back etc.

Looking back, given the actors, it might have been more interesting making Willow a bad character/ villian, and her sister Nelle a good character/ hero.

Sasha has a little more charisma than Willow, but her stories have sucked. If they were going to make her Holly's daughter, it should have been around when she was first introduced, not 6 years later.

Just found out the actress that plays Sasha is Swedish? Anyone hear what she sounds like in real life?
