SOD: GH's Lucky Gets A New Story

Guza says we will get to see a lot of Lucky this fall - JJ will be tackling a duel role.

Story begins when Tracy asks Lucky to bring Luke home, Lucky sets out to do so. Guza says Lucky finds Luke...but he's a little out of sorts. And once he does get back to Tracy - well don't expect her to just take him back with open arms.

Lucky in the mean time is approached by Interpol. Apparently, he's a 'twin' of sorts of this nasty Balkan assassin who's after Brenda named Ronan O'Reilly.

So basically Lucky will not actually be Lucky for a few months as he goes undercover. He encounters an Irish victim who joins the story - and who Lucky will pursue romantically.

Guza PROMISES this will be a treat for JJ fans. Says this is a chance to really stretch his acting skills.

This story throws Lucky into the dead center of the mysterious Balkan story.

But Guza makes sure we all know that the paternity story with Elizabeth is far from over. The story Lucky will be in is not at all Cassadine related says Guza but Lucky will never be far from Liz and Nik's orbits so eventually the paternity thing will come out.

Cool. Thanks Hooked. My money is on Luke being out of sorts because Tracy didn't start hunting him down as soon as he took the money.

Over the next couple of months there are going to be several people who appear to have a link, or possibly may even be, the Balkan. Tracy is one of them although, unfortunately, suspicion is cast on her in a limited way. Brooklynn will get more airtime from it than Tracy actually does. Jax is another who will be under suspicion. So will someone within the Corinthos organization.

You have to scroll thru a lot but she is usually mentioned in the description. Remos--there are some of JE/John Anniston in there as well. They only ask that you don't repost their clips anywhere. There is a wealth of old clips if anyone is an old DOOL fan from the 80s.

GH Lucky Hunts Down Luke!

It was only a matter of time before GH's Lucky chaneled his innter Luke and started donning disguses and pefecting his foreign accents, all in the name of solving crimes. That day is here! This week, he heads to Europe in search of his gallivanting father. But will he love role-playing more than crimefighting?

Equally worried about and annoyed with her wandering husband (I guess they forgot at SID that they are not really married), Tracy asks Lucky to track down Luke and bring him home. Lucky agrees, but before he has a chance to leave town, he is visited by an Interpol agent, who rattles him with a photo of a familiar face on a orgue slab! INterpol then offers Lucky a job impersonating a recently-killed Irish hit man in order to unmask a mysterious crime figure. Lucky accepts the offer.

"One of our goals is to try to see our cops and our bad guys having to work together against an uber-villian" head writer Robert Guza Jr. explains. "So, you're going to see Lucky have to resort to his Spencer side. He's going to have to use all the tricks and the wiles his father taught him as he takes on another persona." When Lucky does find his pop, Luke is going to be in serious trouble, as always. "Whenever Luke goes away, he gets in trouble...and Lucky is going to be in trouble, too." Guza hints. "The two of them are going to connect in a different way than they've ever connected before. Then, Luke has to come back to PC and deal with Tracy, who has the wrath of a thousand demons. It's going to be very, very difficult for Luke to get back in the same hemisphere as Tracy. She loves him, which makes it harder. If she didn't love him, she could just say, "Go, you scalaway! Be gone!" She's not going to say that."

Good to know. I'll recap after the fact so I'll be more accurate from my PVR.

It's good that Tracy is on, sounds like she's pretty much just a prop without Luke, though. I haven't even watched her scenes lately because the descriptions just sound like it's not worth it.

Never thought I'd care this much about Tony coming back, just so Jane can get some material I can actually watch.
