We are so close to the premiere; just 2 1/2 weeks to go. I haven't been this excited for a TV show in a very long time.

Same; I'm excited to see a soap opera from DAY ONE for the first-time in my lifetime.

Yeah, the cast page seems new/refreshed from the last time I saw it.

yeah the "talent" tab and the "about" tab on the paramountpress site have definitely been updated.

The talent tab was updated on Tuesday as I had checked on Monday and didn't see anything out of the ordinary there. Surprised they didn't include the photos under the "photos" tab.

From looking at the source info, some of the photos are from shoots that took place in December while others were taken in January.

It looks like the promo campaign photos (examples below) were taken on January 3 for photo day (key art). These are the photos that will potentially appear in the opening sequence and have been featured in the promo campaign thus far (specifically the core four Dupree family members).

Loved this:

“There is an audience out there that for decades had not been represented or catered to, to say, ‘This is for you,’” said Tamara Tunie, who will serve as the matriarch of the fictional, affluent and very messy Dupree dynasty. “And this is the Black audience. And the Black audience has been very loyal to daytime drama for decades and decades and decades. The Black dollars are very strong and waiting to be spent. I think that this show is being provided for that constituency.”

I know [some] of the photos look like they were taken outside of the studio space. Example:

YES!!! I love that she said this.

❝ “If you’re going to go see something staged, why not see people who can really deliver in a way that’s skillful and that pulls on your heartstrings in an intentional way, but also allows for fun and warmth?” said the actress Karla Mosley, who will portray one of the daughters of Tunie’s character. ❞

My favourite part of the 'Meet CBS Daytime's new neighbours promo" is as Dani says to her sister: "It must be so wonderful to be you, with your perfect husband and your perfect marriage." The ever so slight that pout that Nicole does at that moment is everything.

“If you’re going to go see something staged, why not see people who can really deliver in a way that’s skillful and that pulls on your heartstrings in an intentional way, but also allows for fun and warmth?” said the actress Karla Mosley, who will portray one of the daughters of Tunie’s character.
