I saw that image comparison (and similar ones) back in November on several different twitter accounts.  I mean the black shirt and the hair ... Lots of people saw what the show was doing there.

I'll actually give Michael the benefit of the doubt on this because even though his logic was very convoluted I can sorta connect the dots.

Willow lying about her cancer diagnosis was just idiotic and suicidally stupid.

I tend to think of it as more of a baby rabies story more than a love story lol.  THE BABY HAD TO LIVE!!  

Because obviously GH needs more children on the canvas!!
