Thoughts:
Ugh. Hayley is such a whinebag. If you did not want to be under Bill's dutiful eye, then you should not have let Lynette suckerpunch you outside of Uptown.
Love seeing Ashley and Grayson all giddy with each other. Their relationship is budding and blossoming beautifully.
Bill would rely on Joey to assist him in finding the 'thug' who beat on his poor wife.
Get it, Tomas. Confront that con artist child bride over her so-called choices.
Nicole and Dani semi-mocking each other is hilarious. That sisterly bond runs deep.
Shanice and Ted being like giddy school kids in those honeymoon stages of dating is super cute, and I love it for them.
Derek, why the HELL are you on a date with an Ashley lookalike? That is psychopathic behaviour. Already taking after your new boss, I see. And she is way too uppity and try-hard. Not a cute look. At all.
It is super sweet of Ashley to do the research that she did. However, it may have been slightly on the borderline of 'crossing the line'.
Tavia? Tavia? What a name. But good on Shanice for providing some profound advice and friendship.
Bachelor number three? Oh, Ms Nicole! You get yourself yours!
Wow. Look at you, Ashley, giving some very sound advice to Carlton and also calling him out on his B.S.! We do love to see it.
I love seeing Ashley and Grayson having such an honest conversation and owning up to some of their flaws. How refreshing.
A little Febreze? Nicole. You are practically drenched in that spray attack.
Carlton, you are a moron. Pretend you have never seen it and go with Nicole! Suck it up, sir! You are moving down my ranking.
Caroline's loyalty to Bill should never fall by the wayside. She is deserving of so much more than she gets in her everyday life. And I know her friendship with Hayley is very much one-sided, but I like seeing them reconnect.
Randy, your web of conspirators is going to be your downfall. Guess you will need to visit Lynette in her hotel room, woo her, and get the ring back.
Notes:
Minardi Slater is quickly becoming my favourite breakdown writer, likely due to her long-standing in the American daytime community. And pairing her with Paige, one of their best scriptwriters? A winning day!
Kudos to Williford for continuing to display excellent directorial decisions; the new angle of the nurse's station at Garland Memorial is outstanding. And the lighting on this soap continues to be top-notch level as well. Beautiful!
I see P&G are upping their sponsorship and product placement again. I am not mad at it, because it is quite a nice gag.
Jen Jacob's (Ashley) fresh highlights are stunning on her and very flattering. She and Jordi Vilasuso (Grayson) just spark as a paired couple.
