I just looked again at all the GH spoilers and videos for week of April 18th.  Here are my thoughts.

Spencer won't let the young women Trina and Josslyn know about his plot to take down Esme.  And brawls with Cameron to stop him from blurting it out?  Really?  I get that he's being protective but ..
dude. Trina can handle it.

If Marshall was never in Witness Protection, then who is he?  An undercover agent?  A mobster?

Sonny going back into mob storylines?  Ugh.  The character has only been interesting to me for the FIRST time since he ever appeared on the show ... in the past year when he wasn't doing mob stuff.  I don't want to see that crap again.

Are they going to do mob wars with Sonny, Ms. Wu, and Marshall?  Or will all the mobsters cooperate politely about their respective territories?

General Hospital is so much better without mob storylines.  Sigh.

I love Laura/Felicia/Anna/Robert.  The Ice Princess mystery is only a little interesting but I love these vets working together.  I don't think Valentin fits.

Week of 25 April:
Stephanie Erb appears as temporary Alexis
(while NLG is recovering from spinal surgery)
These photos are from Stephanie Erb's instagram around the time that these episodes were filmed:

Stephanie Erb --
apparently as injured Alexis in special make-up? Or an actual cut?

This is most likely from a physical struggle between Alexis/Harmony/Carly?

Relevant spoilers:

Monday 25 April 2022
Carly seeks out Alexis at home.
Diane makes a compelling argument.

Tuesday 26 April 2022
Alexis and Carly find themselves in a dire situation.

Week of 25 April: Harmony goes off the rails with Alexis and Carly

Harmony is attempting to destroy Neil's case file on her, because this file establishes her motive in Neil's death and also contains Neil's notes on Willow's true parentage.

Carly's view on this:  Willow is Michael's life partner and is raising Carly's grandson Wiley. Therefore Carly feels protective of Willow. Also Carly has noticed Harmony and Nina's interactions - that something  seems off.
For all those reasons, Carly is suspicious of Harmony.

Carly arrives at Alexis house, just as Harmony is about to destroy that file.

Meanwhile, Alexis has a frank talk with Diane, which causes Alexis to decide that it's time for Harmony to move out of her house. Then Alexis returns home to break this news to Harmony.

When Alexis, Carly and Harmony converge at Alexis' home, Harmony's secret is about to be exposed.
(The weekly promo shows that Carly has pulled the file out of the fire and sees Dr. Byrne's name on it).

Harmony goes off the rails and there are going to be fireworks.

Week of 25 April: Elizabeth opens up to Lucy

Aiden recently had a conversation with Lucy about spirits and how he wanted to communicate with Franco.

This week, when Elizabeth and Finn run into Lucy, Lucy mentions the conversation she had with Aiden. Finn looks at life from a scientific point of view, and thinks this stuff is ridiculous, so he berates Lucy for discussing this with Aiden.

One Lucy and Elizabeth are alone, Elizabeth confides in Lucy about the possibility that she's being haunted, and Lucy urges her to consult a medium.

*This is part of the storyline described in the above post with photos of temp Alexis (Stephanie Erb) and the storyline
"Week of 25 April: Harmony goes off the rails with Alexis and Carly".

Clip description:
Harmony wants to burn the file, but as she lights the match, Carly arrives.

If you can't see the clip, here is what happens:
Harmony is attempting to burn Neil's case file on her. Carly is already suspicious of Harmony. Carly arrives at Alexis’ house, to talk to Alexis, just as Harmony is about to set that file on fire. Carly knocks. Nobody answers.  Carly notices Harmony's car in the driveway.  Carly tries the front doorknob,  The door is not locked.  Carly walks in.  Harmony has just lit one of those very long matches for fireplaces. The file is in the fireplace and Harmony has set the edge of it on fire.  Harmony tells Carly that she is burning some old tax paperwork, and the clip ends.

________

update:
Fyi, the weekly promo shows that at some point this week ... Carly pulls the file out of the fire and sees Dr. Neil Byrne's name on a singed paper.  And Harmony is approaching Carly, holding a syringe behind her back.

GH promo for week of April 25: Breaking Point

Please register in order to view this content

GH always has a lot of tiny snippets within a single promo.

This is what I could see ...

Carly tries to read the partially burned patient file from Dr. Neil Byrne that Harmony had set afire -- while Harmony intends to sneak up and inject Carly.

Brandon tries to fight with Smoltz, and someone breaks it up.

There is a table set for two with china and a vase of flowers. Angry Nikolas turns the table over.

Esme looks shocked about something.

Marshall yells at Curtis that the real mistake was coming back.

Sasha is losing it, and Gladys is trying to calm her.

Michael tells Sonny "I don't want to see you anymore!"

In a perfect world, Harmony would reveal the truth to Wallow in the Q Atrium. Wallow bolts out the door. Harmony goes after her and both are "accidentally" killed by Nina (whose brakes go, courtesy of Sonny's latest enemies), who just learned the truth. Austin rescues Nina, but the car blows up.   Harmony, Wallow and Austin all become rubble, and Drew counsels the Q's and Nina about the dangers of driving while upset.

    • You’d think he would’ve learned after the way Sprina took off.  I hope we get a proper Emma/Gio/Trina/Kai quad, as friends, romantic rivals, etc. In the few scenes that the four of them have had together, I felt like there was a natural chemistry between all of them, similar to the way that Cam/Spencer/Trina/Joss was, in the beginning.  And, it would be a lot better than all this stuff with Kai’s surgery.
    • Hooray we made the exact same critique to Londonscribe!!!!!
    • I don't think they had any idea who he was this time last year. I think they were keeping their options very open. Same with totally dropping the Trina romance that was spoiled for him in the mags once FV clearly took a shine to him. Frank's priorities are bright and blazing in one color. I do think Gio and Emma seem to have worked out given that she is very dry and sarcastic and he is like a hot golden retriever, but I'd still play the field or explore quads with both with very different people - Emma with a scheming young man (of color), Gio with possibly Trina or someone else, or even a boy. Then maybe put them back together, who knows. But of course none that will happen.

    • He definitely got lost in the shuffle last year. First, they were implying that he was Drew’s son, then he was nothing more than just Violet’s bff

And then they changed him to being Dante and Brook Lynn’s son, which was clunky at first but I’m enjoying the storyline now.
    • GM is adorable, charming and fun onscreen despite months of nothing to do until recently, and has a bodacious bod. I'm not cosigning the show or this story - I haven't watched a full episode in over a month - but I think we're all taking the small victories in 2025 at this point. I'm open to testing this theory!
    • I think Jason might've posted some numbers for the syndication a while ago and the numbers for Falcon Crest was horrible. Like 1.5 rating or something, which was terrible.    ETA: it was actually Paul Raven:   New to syndication 60 min Fall Guy 67 markets 3.1/8 Falcon Crest 110 markets 1.1/5 To get into the top 40, you needed a 4.6/9 rating for reference - and Falcon Crest managed to get into a lot of markets to begin with. In the fall of 1985 Dynasty, Dallas and Knots were syndicated (show / rating / share / coverage % / markets): Dallas 3.4 10 51.7 92 Dynasty 3.4 10 48.7 47  Knots Landing 3.3 10 12.5 20  So, Knots as an example trippled Falcon Crest's rating with 20 markets - I'm sure those were major ones but it just goes to show you how much Falcon Crest bombed in syndication.
    • It's not bad but the stories move too slow. It's the same problem when Dan O'Connor was CO-HW with Van Etten, they have a million stories and they all drag on endlessly with no resolution. I'd argue the majority of the stories airing now are good but you get sick of waiting months for something to happen.
