The Witness Stand, an exhibit where visitors can re-enact their favorite courtroom confessions or make up their own.

I adore @Franko's idea of making it interactive, so I would include a dramatic entrance exhibit (The Jack Deveroux Room) where after traveling through computer generated rain, wind, and snow, one could play out their return from the dead fantasies

Followed by a strob-lit stop motion dramatic exit exhibit (The John Black Room) where visitors could try their best "smelled a fart" face.

And finally, the Dr Rolf Room where using facial recognition software fans could see what they would look like if they were recast.  After the computer generates the image they would hear the iconic, "the role of you is now being played by..."

I'd definitely have a space where soap fans can play soap trivia, and ever so often set up actual competitions where fans could win prizes like a prop from one of the soaps or a meeting with a soap star.

OMG! This is such a great conversation. I have a friend of mine who was in charge of the displays here at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago. In one of the displays was Guiding Light which was pretty cool as it talked about its premiere on radio and then on television. I took a picture of it when I checked in on my Swarm app back in 2016 as you can see by the thumbs up emoji or whatever, lol!

OLTL - Dorian's portrait at her home.  Wasn't there a prior portrait of Victoria and/or Victor at the Lord mansion?

B&B - The portrait of Stephanie.  (the replacement portraits of various ladies aren't as significant, so I don't know about those.)

DAYS - the portrait of Stefano

Y&R - as much as I hate it, the portrait of Victor in the Newman office.  (I was glad when it was replaced by Victoria's portrait, but still, it's historic).

GH - the photos of deceased hospital staff that are on the wall of the hospital.  Especially Jessie Brewer, Steve Hardy, and Alan Quartermaine.  (Maybe Lucille March if she has one.)

I'm sure there are others.

I think it's best to display only the major iconic portrait(s) from whatever soap, and not all of them.
