It seems like the CBS soaps might air before the pregame show in some timezones.
But it looks like they are completely preempted in the Pacific Time Zone. ? ? ?

It's confusing because different layouts of the same cable guides give different information.   If I search by show, I get one set of results. If I search by date, or by zip codes, it gives various replies. etc.

@Errol do you know?
Will one or both soaps air reruns on some dates in some markets?
Will one or both soaps air new episodes but at a different time of day or evening in some markets?
Will one or both soaps post the new episodes online instead of broadcasting in some  timezones?

There's no preemption I'm aware of in place for Y&R next week at the moment so it most likely won't be impactful. Will look into seeing if anything has changed, and will look into the future dates.

As far as I can tell Y&R and B&B will impacted and preempted all over the Pacific Time Zone for those dates and times.

 

It looks like Mountain Time Zone is impacted as well. 
Denver and Salt Lake City show Y&R at usual time on those dates, but B&B airing in the middle of the night.

Same with Albuquerque, where Y&R has aired at 1PM for a good 25 years now. 
 

I find it odd/interesting CBS is airing soccer(real football lol) games. Like CBSN, it doesn’t seem CBS doesn’t seem to be utilize its CBS Sports Network properly.

So it seems that Y&R will air at usual time in Denver and Salt Lake City.  And *only* B&B is impacted.

So I was able to confirm that both pacific and mountain markets will be impacted, with a good majority not airing either series except possibly over night or in the rare occasion where a show is slotted earlier (as noted above about Y&R) than the CBS broadcast. Essentially, CBS will still air all shows (except The Talk) on the east coast as usual, and markets impacted will get to watch on the CBS App, CBS.com, or Paramount+.

Clarification:
Two different matches air simultaneously (LIVE) each day
But ...
One airs on *both* broadcast CBS television AND Paramount Plus.
The other airs on  *only* Paramount Plus.

In many cases Y&R airs at usual time, but B&B airs overnight or does not air at all.
In a few cases, both soaps are affected.
Seattle is the only city found where B&B airs at usual time but Y&R airs overnight.

For overnight airings, it's usually following James Corden, but in a few cases something else airs after Corden, and then the soap after that.

In a few cases, the stations had initially said that the soap or soaps would air overnight
at 1:00am or 1:30am or 2:00 etc (exactly on the hour, or exactly on the half-hour.)
But in fact, it airs at 7 minutes past the hour or 37 minutes past the hour.

Phoenix is the only station to select the unusual time of 02:12 AM.

Yuma's overnight airing did not appear in the online listings at all but the station reported it, and verified it via phonecall.

You're welcome.  I think I noted all the stations having alternative airings.

There were at least ten (maybe 15) more stations that were impacted with one or both soaps not airing at all - and no alternate-time airings listed.  I just didn't have time to list them all.

The Talk and the Ellen show are being preempted today in Texas, Central time zone.

Update:  There was a draw procedure held on March 18, 2022, to determine the participants in the quarterfinals of the "UEFA Champions League" soccer tournament.

Quarterfinals dates:
Tues. April 5, Wed. April 6, Tues. April 12, and Wed. April 13.
It looks like there will be the same broadcast method as before -- 
Two simultaneous matches on each of those four dates.
On each of those four dates, one will air live on CBS broadcast television.

Same times as February/March, but now in Daylight(Summer) time.
Match at 3:00 PM Eastern USA Daylight Time,
(8:00 PM British Summer Time,
or 9:00 PM Central European Summer Time).
with pregame show at 2:00 PM Eastern USA Daylight Time.

B&B regularly airs at 12:30 PM Mountain.
On Feb/March soccer dates, B&B aired at 11:00 AM (in the Y&R regular slot).

NOTE: the Glendive channel is *NOT* showing that shift for APRIL.
It *currently* shows Y&R in regular 11:00am Mountain spot; with B&B not airing on soccer dates.
However there is a blank TBA spot in their schedule, so they might adjust it soon?
