I remember him from the Au Pair movies. Looking forward to this.

 

As for Jeff Webber,  I guess you can say he's not coming back as long as Frank is there. Because any normal father would go to his daughter and say, "Why the f... is my daughter married to this dumbass rapist and murderer?!?!?" and Frank is not about to have that.

I don't think Jeff Webber would care since he hasn't seen his daughter in 23 years.
