Worst Recast -  J.Eddie Peck as Jake (All My Children)

 

Ah yes, one of the last times Soap Opera Digest was objective.  After this was published, he and his wife contacted SOD and expressed their anger at the magazine's "betrayal."  "We invited you into our HOME!"  and sure enough, within a few weeks, SOD noted they were "wrong" for calling him a bad recast and gave some glowing review about a recent scene between Jake and Greenlee, or some such nonsense.
