HAHA- it was so convoluted because they combined this story with Carl Hutchins' abrupt departure from the show with the hospital fire.  A convoluted, special effects laden mess.  The mess begins 20 minutes into the video at the link below:

The look on Rachel and Felicia's faces as the explosion takes place inside the hospital pretty much says we are about to get cancelled because of this mess... 🤔😂🤔
