He is some crazy gamer and just yells for hours at a time, disturbing the whole building. After the police came, there was like 10 minutes of silence and now he is starting again. Maybe because it was too high energy period full of birthdays and celebrations... I am just... spent. I don't want to hear people talking. I can only deal with my dog sleeping in my lap and that's all. I don't even have energy to watch soaps today. I am soooooo bored and out of it.
