Members GSGfan2017
What do you think was the most male-friendly soap on daytime television in the '80s? Was it General Hospital? Days of our Lives? Santa Barbara?
Members All My Shadows
I think GH wins hands down by virtue of being the #1 soap and also being very action/adventure-driven for most of the decade (if not all).

Members titan1978
GH by far. Y&R has also had a strong male fandom. The rivalry between Jack and Victor being a driver of this in the late 1980's and early 1990's. DAYS in the 80's was the most romance filled show I watched. I can't imagine that show at that time having as large a male audience as GH had.
Members Fevuh
GH, but I've never watched it. All of the spy stuff and mystery missing statue of the Summer I'm sure was appealing.
