The Talk has had a stable lineup for 6 years and year on year their audience is growing. They have to be very, very, careful about who they replace Aisha with because the friendly chemistry of the current panel is very good and very well known. 

 

Aisha posted this on Twitter...after they got rid of Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete the background dynamic seemed to gel amazingly. It seems like a happy backstage:
