Absolutely. VR and I had a great private discussion when she posted the pic that showed the Y&R team - it was all non-diverse folks writing, producing, etc. It's insane and inexcusable that daytime provides so few opportunities - and the argument that they 'just aren't out there' is a just another Hollywood Hypocrisy - like what happened to CK on the casting call. The talent is there.

We know the talent is there. Oprah and Fox seem to locate them.

MVJ might be able to adapt to writing for a show like Y&R.  Mulcahey?  Not so much.
