You didn't do anything wrong. If true, the whole thing is so pathetic laughter is the only response.

I hope you didn't think I was saying you did anything wrong. I was thinking in terms of society at large and our collective views about drug addiction, fame and rehab. The woman was wasting away in front of us, but when she gets help that's the deep dark secret. I agree with you that it's a little ridiculous that she claimed to have endometriosis. She could have just made some vague excuse if she really thought she needed one.
April 20, 20169 yr Member On the one hand it's really no one's business that she needed rehab. If she wanted privacy she should have been able to have that without needing a ridiculous lie as a cover. At the same time it was pretty obvious on screen that she had a problem. People on this very board were talking about it. It's just too bad that rehab is still seen as something shameful that needs hiding in certain circles. Is it really shameful in the soap opera circle? Because Sean Kanan went to rehab between Y&R stints I believe and it was documented on a reality show. Plus soaps have made no qualms about hiring people right off recent DUI arrests.
