Members Khan
I realize I shouldn't have laughed when I made that connection, but I couldn't help it. Something about KSt's cover story struck me as preposterously funny; and laughter was my initial, knee-jerk reaction. (For the record, though, Julia: I agree 100 percent with what you have said.) Members DRW50
You didn't do anything wrong. If true, the whole thing is so pathetic laughter is the only response.
Members Juliajms
I hope you didn't think I was saying you did anything wrong. I was thinking in terms of society at large and our collective views about drug addiction, fame and rehab. The woman was wasting away in front of us, but when she gets help that's the deep dark secret. I agree with you that it's a little ridiculous that she claimed to have endometriosis. She could have just made some vague excuse if she really thought she needed one.
Members frequentsoapfan
Is it really shameful in the soap opera circle? Because Sean Kanan went to rehab between Y&R stints I believe and it was documented on a reality show. Plus soaps have made no qualms about hiring people right off recent DUI arrests.
