VIVIAN JOVANNI JOINS "DAYS" CAST...

A "Days" fan recognized the very small photo of the actress being teased over the past few weeks, so the news is now out: Vivian Jovanni joins the cast of "Days of Our Lives" this fall. Fans have been speculating that she might be the daughter of a famous Salem couple. This is Jovanni's first major acting role.

Her casting was teased by IMTA on May 22: "IMTA Alum Vivian Jovanni booked a lead on a long running, Emmy-winning daytime series! Vivian competed at IMTA in LA in 2013 where she was named Female Fitness Model of the Year." (http://that-imta-blog.blogspot.com/2015/05/imta-alum-vivian-jovanni-books-lead.html)

    FINALLY it looks like DOOL has it's teen Queen Ciara! :D Hope she'll be a snarky witty charismatic badass like Lauren Boles' Ciara, and even though daddy returns as a "hero" she'll still make him pay for abandoning her and her mother.

    I don't want to see Ciara hate on Hope though for not realizing Bo probably didn't just skip out on them. I'm curious how they handle the Bo/Hope/Ciara relationship.

    I hope she aims her bitterness and anger at the parent who deserves to pay the most - daddy dearest. I don't want it to last for only a week or a month, it should be slow burning drawn out and agonizing as hell for Bo. Maybe they'll develop a hostile father/daughter relationship that will take a long time to heal. Kind of like how Marlena and Sami's mother/daughter relationship used to be.

     

    Maybe this young actress will turn out to be Joy Wesley (Chloe's little sister), with Chloe back in town and all. Either way, whoever she'll be playing sounds like a fun character.

    Yes to all of this. I wish Paige [not the actress, though] had been Joy. Or Bev could have been Joy. Nancy did have that return around the time and the history with JenJen. Sigh. Tomlin squandered a lot, IMO. Imagine Nancy vs. Jen as Joy and JJ (and another J&J!) get involved with JJ the rebel. Sigh. SIGH.

     

    I'm honestly slightly worried Shawn or Bo will get offed.

    Oohh a Joy and JJ pairing AND the Wesley's vs Jennishrew? I would tune in for that!
