She deserves the Emmy, those scenes with Bergman were excellent. She has really taken this role and given it her all.

Everyone knows I love MS, but I have followed GT for years and think she is the bomb. What I like about her interpretation is that she is making the character her own - it's still Phyllis, but she's not mimicking MS in anyway. I'm so glad they waited until they got the casting right - it has definitely paid off. And, I'm with GT, I hope Phyllis/Adam form some sort of alliance. Just please get her away from Aunt Jack now that the character has been re-established.
