While different, I think the show stayed largely Nixon influenced in style until the Rauch era. Malone apparently asked her a number of things and info when he came back to the show, and she was an ABC Daytime creative consultant for big chunks too. I don't think they're going to win, but I'm glad they at least made a stand. I read that ABC won't run ads for the shows because they feature RH and think it would be detrimental to GH.
