i liked his 2002-2003 return but his 2009-2010 was so bad...

My point being that she wrote for the show for 7 years from the start--so I think that shows a pretty steady foundation. While different, I think the show stayed largely Nixon influenced in style until the Rauch era. Malone apparently asked her a number of things and info when he came back to the show, and she was an ABC Daytime creative consultant for big chunks too.

No. It has nothing to do with production. Most likely that ABC didnt want PP to have Todd Starr & John Back

Wow. I can't believe PP sued ABC. I'm glad they did. I don't think they're going to win, but I'm glad they at least made a stand. I read that ABC won't run ads for the shows because they feature RH and think it would be detrimental to GH. On top of not letting PP have the websites, they're right -- ABC is sabotaging their brand development. Go PP!
