I'm sorry, dear, I just cannot read your Great American Novel. I realize you are evidently Cutter's #1 fan, and that's great; I like him too. But if you seriously believe Cutter is not going to be a ne'er do well and con man anymore, I think you are fooling yourself. So let's leave it at that.

I never said I was his No.1 fan! I'm just saying that it's ridiculous to revert Cutter into a con artist again after he got a legit job that pays him great money, and tales about con artists scamming the wealthy IS NOT a CURRENT and RELEVANT storyline that PP wants to tell on their shows!

Thanks! I couldn't remember. I would give my soul to see my Kim back on this show scheming with Cutter and Rama. My bitch goddess, then and forever. wub.png

Unfortunatly, Amanda Setton (ex-Kim) has booked a CBS sitcom pilot called "Crazy Ones" which she'll be co-starring alongside Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar. If Kim ever comes back to OLTL, (and if AS's pilot gets picked up) it will have to be a recast!

Of course it is. Con artists, schemers and grifters are everywhere, on soaps and IRL and always have been. Cutter never had anything to "revert" from - we last saw him as a man who was in for the big payday by any means necessary, and I am sure he is no different today. Just because soap characters have jobs does not mean they are suddenly good people who don't ever scheme or con or get up to no good - look at Todd, Victor, Dorian, you name it. The list goes on forever. They have jobs, but they are always looking out for number one, scheming and plotting to get their own way and/or profit. Your fantasy of Cutter suddenly becoming a good guy because he has a job, while obviously very personal to you, has no bearing on either reality or fiction.

Oh right! I'll be watching that for SMG and Amanda for sure.

Didn't you read the part in my original post about Cutter not entirely being a good guy, and being a gigolo and a sex addict? And if you think that Cutter will still be a con artist, who do you think he'll try to scam? I get that the character was created to be a shady bad guy, but why can't he have any redeeming qualities like he was beginning to have towards the end of his run on ABC's OLTL? And also, Dorian, Todd, and Victor Jr. were NEVER con artsts, just anti-heroes!

Cutter is a scoundrel and I love him. wub.png

I hated him when he blackmailed Clint and Viki by scamming them of some of the Buke money and the Buchanan Mansion by taking advantage of Jessica's mental state to commit their daughter to St. Anne's! I only came to like him after he was kicked out of the mansion and lost the money and slumming it at The Minute Man Motel with Aubrey and Rama!

Everyone.

I'm not saying he does not have redeeming qualities - he has humanity, but if you think he is going to be on the straight and narrow I've got several bridges to sell you.

Cutter already scammed the Bukes once, and he tried to do it again the second time, and he failed both times! If he tries to scam them yet again, the Bukes won't fall for his grifting schemes again! And he also tried to scam Dorian, but David put a stop to that!

I want Cutter un-reformed...and on the topic of ignoring GH history...can we also ignore that stupid Stacy/Gigi-face plot? I need Stacy/Kim/Cutter/Rama/Terri Peck to be the flagship 5 of the show.

Cutter should remain on the grift, always looking for his next score. I hope his job at Shelter is merely a front for what he's really doing. Though if he tries to steal from Blair, I feel sorry for him. Cutter won't want Dorian and Todd as enemies.

Meh, Cutter. Could do without him. I guess if he has to be there, he should continue to be bad. No one wants a boring good boy.

That's her choice though. Maybe the continuity isn't broken. Obviously they can't show GH clips so perhaps they want to present what happened on GH as sort of plot points that happened during the year break, treating them like new twists if that makes sense. They will be for a large part of the audience who didn't tune into GH.

That would make the most sense. Because they were just a series of plot points. LOL. Nothing really happened. Except the death of Victor and Tea's baby. mad.gif And I tend to agree that they will not reverse that travesty.
