That little midget? Lord, no. His ass has to have been the canape at juvie two minutes in. And he looked eight years old! He was so creepy.

What was the name of that friend of Jack's who helped him torment Shane? He'd make a good antagonist to Jack since he got all the punishment

Brad Konzinski

I'm sure they would recast him. Maybe Brad just got back from military school?

a musical group most in the US have never heard of?? lol. Unless I miss them being popular in the US. I don't follow this kind of music either, so I don't know if they're known here or not.

They;'re known in the dance music scene but not mainstream at all. Which, maybe I'm wrong is actually the point here isn't it? To have a club for the young characters that would realistically have acts like this--and mutually beneficially to help expose this group to viewers.

Wow! Already has 46,000 + followers and probably didn't have to buy them.

I'm kind of resigned to nuOLTL being geared much younger. But I'm going to wait and see before I judge whether I like it or not. My daughter watches The Lying Game and some of the other soapy stuff and I actually enjoy a lot of it. So we will see.

First people were saying AMC would be all high school but "Thank God" One Life seemed to bemore about vets, now this seems to be the take. I think they all know that it's important to keep it balanced--and that many of the (crazy) fans who helped keep this on are 30+ But they obviously see the opportunity too, to get a young adult, or even older teen crowd whichmakes sense (and after all that was what defined these shows, AMC particularly when they started--the established soap press and viewers largely didn't take to them at first, but non soap viewers college students, etc filled the void--ABC had realized that since they couldn't compete directly with the CBS/PNG juggernaut, to in a way counterprogram.) Besides of course that much of the young OLTL cast seems to be post High School now.

Lizzy Marie With all of the weird changes being made, this is no longer exciting and I feel the show will again be cancelled months into it.

*Bashes head against wall.* Boo hoo. (and of course there's also the weird logic here that maybe the shows did have to develop and change in ways so they don't get canceled "again")

Downton Abbey appeals to many groups, including the 18-49 set and neither Julian Fellowes nor ITV appear overly concerned about keeping certain groups happy. I think their primary concern might be good writing and effective storytelling. I hope the writers of the web OLTL/AMC don't carry the same mistake of trying to cater to certain fan-bases and demographics to the web.

Yes, try to tell good stories from a diversity of viewpoints and perspectives because it makes for more unique, compelling stories, not ecause you're trying to pander to anyone one group. And yes, aiming for the 'universal story' is great but make it good.

People complaining about these shows not even having seen one single episode-- that type of feedback deserves to be ignored. If this is how it's going to be than I wouldn't blame PP for keeping the actors as the public face of these new shows while the writers, etc are left alone to do their jobs. This way the actors can interact with fans on social media, etc and the writers/directors, etc can focus on working out these scripts and bringing them to screens.

Any thoughts of who this Jessie Malakouti girl is playing? OLTL is promoting her a lot so I'm guessing it may be a contract role. Is she the new Starr? If so she can definitely bring edge to the character.

On other hand, she could just be a new character to interact with the older teens (Matthew, Dani, Jeffrey, and Destiny.) She's in their age range.

I think she is just a new character and will interact with the teens.....she is signed to Prospect Park Records, so it is just a good tie-in promotion for PP. Or she could even play herself so to speak.
