I think Francesca James's new character Evelyn Johnson is an Identical Triplet of Katherine "Kitty" and Kelly Tyler and to reintroduce a Tyler back into Pine Valley.

I mean, I love having FJ back, but this just seems a bit odd. If they wanted to get some Tylers back, why not just reintroduce Kelly? I would accept a Lincoln recast if Peter White isn't interested; I mean, Lincoln doesn't have to be a contract character.

It's very possible the character's new identity (and whatever secret roots she may have) is tied to the plot.

It seems like Daytime Confidential actually opted out of the affair. Which is [!@#$%^&*] insane to me. What do they do, if not this?

I'm very encouraged about AMC, but it's important to note that a lot of the focus is likely coming from their starting production first. I'm sure OLTL will get as good a rollout when the time comes. They (AMC) also have an all-new cast of young people for everyone to coo over and speculate about, which has been very exciting for me as well. With OLTL there are some new people, but others are still being cast and the rest are known quantities. I love the AMC hype train, but I look forward to the OLTL one too.

Maybe they couldn't fford the airfare... That makes me happy.

And completely agreed re AMC/OLTL

I don't believe they can afford all the other stuff they get up to but can't afford this of all things.

I think OLTL is still looking for recasts especially for Jessica Buchanan, Neela Patel (Unless Teresa Patel is unavailable) etc... also I'm thinking they are trying to get Peter Bartlett, Pamela Payton-Wright
and Patricia Elliot back and hopefully Andrea Evans and John Loprieno and others back as special guest's.

I think OLTL basically considers Sean Ringgold, Shenaz Treasury and Nick Choksi 'regulars.' It's not like they listed any of the AMC recurring cast in the press release, which was strange.

Not bad for a show that many complained only had 7 cast members just a month ago....

With OLTL having 14 contract and 3 recurring (17 total), it's looking good for both shows.
