She was losing her concentration doing her homework at Kelly's due to her continuous memories of the bus crash and she threw the pencil in a fit of rage. A couple episodes later, she went all buckwild back at Alexis' and threw the vase. If I recall, she self-diagnosed the bipolar disorder assuming that she inherited it from Sonny, but when she was on Baker Street and witnessed a car crash, Shawn found her freaking out and helped her to understand it was PTSD. On another note, I'm glad that folks who weren't up on PC or ME pre-McBain are actually seeing him in a role that doesn't consist of him being a complete snore and can now understand why many are still fans of his in spite of his OLTL stint. Though I'm well aware that he did DAYS before and was on OLTL longer, ME's best soap role will always be Caleb Morley and these past few episodes made it clear that he knows it, too.
