Members Vee
It was hardly GL or ATWT at the end, Khan, get a grip. I do think it borders on suicidal to attempt to mount the show without Susan Lucci.
Members EnglishTea
B&B actually has a large writing staff: Brad Bell, Jack Smith (dialogue, too), Kay Alden, Michael Minnus and Patrick Mulcahy all work on the outline. Plus, all the dialogue writers.

Members DRW50
I think if they can get Susan to agree to guest appearances, the AMC reboot could still work. If they can't get her at all - and at this stage in her life and career I can't blame her for just being done with this stuff - that is more of a problem, but if they could work out something, instead of shaking her down... Members Dale
You know, I have been thinking that Andrew and Cassie would be nice to have on the show again...but WK a lawyer now, isn't he?
Members Dale
This stuff is better drama than any actual show has played out in years!
Members leahanna
thanks so I am gathering ABC and PP have come to some deal ( I guess they stay on GH but make appearances on PP), but the actors have to agree to that and sign it first, is that correct? All of this is so confusing
Members John
I dunno if it has to be a contract with PP but maybe agree to recur/guest apperances. Is that in the ball-park Errol?
Webmaster Errol Posted January 18, 2013 Webmaster Share Posted January 18, 2013 I think I finished the report. Was writing and editing and posting. I don't usually do that. It should be clear now.
Webmaster Errol Posted January 18, 2013 Webmaster Share Posted January 18, 2013 The actors are under contract with ABC. The characters they play are licensed to Prospect Park. The actors can't be forced to appear on another show (web or otherwise), unless they want to. That's my understanding.
Members John
So PP & ABC are working on a deal to use KA ME & RH on OLTL but let them stay on GH as Starr, John & Todd
Members leahanna
do you have any idea what is going to happen? Are all three losing their jobs because of PP?
Webmaster Errol Posted January 18, 2013 Webmaster Share Posted January 18, 2013 I'm digging. I'll let everyone know what I know when I know it. That's all I can say.
Members John
Sounds like to me that ABC & PP are trying to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement
