6 day's after my interview with Best Buy I called them just to see my status of my pre-employment. I have the understanding that there are 3 interviews. Anyway, when I called that day they told me they are looking at times for a second interview and they would call me back shortly Anyway, they called me back that same day on the house phone ( a few hours before I came home from school) so I called back. I basically called back twice that day and twice the next. My cousin who is a manager at one told me not to call them until about Sunday. He is a manager at the store in N. Irving. So I called back today and they said that my second interview has been rejected. REJECTED!! After telling me TWICE that I have an interview!!!

That's ridiculous to have 3 interviews to work of all places at Best Buy. I love their bargains but their customer service sucks. I hate going there thats why I do my shopping at Best Buy online.

I filled out an application to them six years ago.

I'm still waiting for a return call.

That's why that company is right now going into the shite house.

I've never liked Best Buy. Terrible customer service and lots of defective, overpriced stuff.

I love BB. Im there every week. I find they have great sales and are great with price matching as Ive never had any issues with their cstomer service
