Members ChitHappens
Way too many new faces with "stories" that don't include the originals.

Members ThePrinceOfSunspear
These ladies are tripping over each other in a race to be the most nasty and say the nastiest sh*t on television. Even Joseline annoyed me with the way she questioned whether or not Steebie had slept with Benzino's whore. I mean is it THAT hard to just ask "Did you have sex with her?". Instead ole girl has to get all graphic and eveything....sorry guys I can be a prude sometimes about these things... Meanwhile you've got purple hair K Michelle wannabe acting a hot mess and saying the most ridiculous things just to get airtime for her and her husband who I don't give a damn about. I'd rather have "Popcorn Hos" Traci back than watch this nasty fake mess. I don't even remember what the hell happened in the Saga of Mimi the Porn Star. I'm just over it. At the end of the last episode Rahsheeda claimed she needed "time" to think about her situation with Kirk and yet in the very next episode they've already hit the sheets and banged...just when you think this stupid woman couldn't sink no lower. It's sad but Erica is the only one I have any sort of respect for and that's just by default.... Members Eric83
The show is getting pathetic. Mimi and Narcotic are no longer needed. Purple Hair and this struggle storyline is not entertaining and kind of embarrassing considering they have school aged children Rasheeda and Kirk story was NEVER believable. Snooze on the rest! I still love Joseline and Stevie though.
Members NothinButAttitude
I think after this season, VH1 needs to stick a fork in the Love & Hip Hop franchise as a whole. I don't even care to see the LA version because it's gonna be awfully scripted as well. Time for VH1 to rebrand themselves again and possibly focus on scripted TV instead.
Members ChitHappens
This season has been horrendous. Talking heads of random folks are just popping up and the show is all over the place. Mime is the biggest disappointment! 15 newbies cannot replace K Michelle. Could the show survive w/out her? Absolutely, but Mona took the wrong direction. Looks as if she felt the more people, the more ratchet. She has to understand even the most ratchet shows have a heart somewhere. LAHHATL has lost its heart. The show is not fun, the SLs are ridiculous and these folks are hard to watch now.
Members ThePrinceOfSunspear
I was terrified this ish was gonna happen once I saw how lackluster the trailer was. Especially after New York was so good (at least for me overall). And yeah I'd tell VH1 to scrap all of em but they're probably doing well in ratings so I doubt Mona is gonna get off that pony anytime soon.
Members Eric83
This is currently their highest rated season so it's not going anywhere as NOTHING on VH1 brings in anything comparable to LHHATL ETA: They need to dump EVERYONE that joined this season plus Mimi, Narcotic, Rasheeda, and Milk Dud and find some new people who aren't so thirsty and ratchet. Also I'd like a clear focus throughout the sEason. How they going to end the Bamboo/Scrappy/Egg triangle mid season and start this crap with Purple Hair? What the hell? Members NothinButAttitude
Because Mona is just throwing ideas against the wall and hoping they'll stick. I wish that Mona wouldn't interfere and let sh*t happen organically like she did with LAHHNYC s2 (with Kimbella) and LAHHATL s1. Those were the best seasons out of the entire LAHH franchise because it was real. It didn't seem scripted or forced. Last season of ATL wasn't that bad but there were moments where it seemed scripted too. I hate producer interference, especially when it's to the point that it's too obvious. I'm fine with them dropping nuggets to start drama occasionally but it's like Mona is a part of the cast this season. She's the puppeteer pulling the strings and people are noticing it. Again, I don't even wanna see the LA version because I am sure they are gonna try and outdo the ATL version and fail miserably. And I agree that Mona needs to scrap everyone and keep Joseline/Stevie, Benzino/Althea, Mimi (yes, I'd keep her ratchet ass because she is Joseline's foil), and Karlie Redd. Erica can go. Rasheeda should've been gone (after season 1). Tammy can go. Kaleena's thirsty ass can go too. But if I was Mona, I'd be doing EVERYTHING in my power to try and woo K. Michelle back to the ATL show. Her presence is missed and needed.

Members NothinButAttitude
OK! We're desperate for change. But not that desperate.
Members Eric83
K. Michelle is a legitimate artist there's no way she is coming back. Her singles "VSOP" and "Cant Raise A Man" both went top 10 on the R&B charts and she was/is touring with Robin Thicke. She's above the show and I am happy she won as she was my fave from jump besides Joseline.
Members NothinButAttitude
I know. I know. But a part of me just wants Mona to do what she can to woo K. Michelle back. I miss K. She (and Joseline) were LAHHATL.
Members ThePrinceOfSunspear
Alright maybe not bring back her banshee wack self......and you hit the nail on the head. K Michelle was sort of the heart of the ATL franchise and without her it feels very forced and very strange. LA is going to be even more disgusting and over the top though like you said NBA. Hopefully though it will feel organic and not like Mona pulled them one by one into a room and told them all to act foolish.
Members NothinButAttitude
That's exactly how it's going to be and you want to know why it's going to be like that? One person. Ray J. He's going to pull out all stops to regain relevancy, and he (and Mona) are going to set the tone of ratchetness for the entire cast.
