I've read their autobiography too and while they agreed to return if neither of them were killed, there was never any mention of them being threatened with recasting so I'm not buying this. I'll re-read the section but I'm pretty positive it said nothing of them being recast.

yes, now, but he was having a hard time with a new contract when his last one was up.

Unlike MG who has been useless (outside of Daniel's relationship with Davetta's Lily) from the beginning.

Victoria Rowell said in her twitter that MG yelled at Davetta for not memorizing her lines.

I remember reading that too. They said they were on vacation in China when Corday called them to tell them to clear their schedules to tape some shows. They said they asked whether they were being killed off and were told only Doug was. Corday told Bill he would understand if he didn't want to do it but that they would recast in that case because Doug was going to be killed.

Yep that was it.
