There's nothing to actually say he didn't at this point except wishful thinking.

And the fact that we know they were negotiating with TSJ, that they wanted that character back and that they were never going to let Todd bear the cross of having killed his own brother forever more. They were planning to utilize both brothers on the continuing show.

Pretending Victor is actually dead, or rather that Todd killed him is the wishful thinking, and it's been a waste of time onscreen via the writers.

So is Todd alive?

I've never ever accepted that he was really dead, this is OLTL after all, and even though we will never see him on the show again, I will go on thinking he's alive out there somewhere. I think the show definitively wanted its cake and to eat it too with both Todds.

Nice way to work in Patrick and Marty.

The stuff with HBS and TT is an absolute delight. Hillary's facial expressions and voice as she mumbles about how he tried to poison her. Just hilarious.
