I think there's a look about soap characters these days. The likes of TG and TR would never be hired today because they had nothing of a beefcake in them. Women all look like they could be broken in two. There's little variety in the look of any of them, I guess. But still it's not that similar. Liz/Sam/Robin could all be inter-changable - same hair, height, eyes, size. And does this mean they look like siblings to Matt/Ethan/Patrick/Johnny? Same good looking features on all of them.

I do think the blonde thing has more to do with it. I remember reading a similar comment about Carly and Jax years ago. Some thought them too similar in look, but I didn't see it in them either.

no it's not just blondes. i remember when vanessa marcil left the first time and every burnette that came after seemed to be a brenda clone! just seems GH seems to capitalize on one particicular actress cause i never really seen it so obvious on any other soap imo!!

I dunno…… Days seems to have their themes at times.
