If she says she will go back I guess she will, but I'm not sure it will happen. If it does I just hope the show has the honesty to not put Luke and Laura back together. Genie's reasons for not returning are based on her years of complaining about the writing (which is not likely to change - I doubt RC or FV care any more about respect for women than they did at OLTL) and her bitterness over the way ABC treated her over the years. I guess she could come back but at this point, given that she hates a lot of what GH became, and Tony Geary despises Luke/Laura and their relationship, I'm not sure why she'd be back. The assumption is the show is being cancelled so this would be a chance to bring some closure to her character and her fans by allowing them to see Laura one last time.
