I never thought Zach was a character who would have random hookups. He was a brooding, bitter type who seemed to just wait for his true love (Maria or Kendall, or whoever else). I felt like those stories were mostly Pratt's attempt to show us what a big Sonny type stud Zach was supposed to be.

The problem I had with these stories were they were mostly about shock value or making some statement, or propping other people, not the characters, or even a coherent plot. I had the same problem with that Aidan/Kendall "grief sex" garbage.

It actually seemed in character to me at the time--but I haven't watched since then. And I don't remember JR peeingon Zoe though he didn't help her--I think I would have remembered, lol...Jeffrey Carlson is a great actor--of course he seems type castr as transvestites and transexual--he played Marilyn in the musical Taboo, as well as Billy int he premier of Albee's The Goat.

Wow! I love that person for capturing ALL those ABC soap episodes. I can't seem to get into the GH ones every time I try to watch...I wish SOAPnet was on long enough so that they could get to 2008 which I thought was great ALL around.

Yep. Every time I see Dixie at the Chandler mansion I think about the travesty that's to come.

Also thinking about it, Dixies murder having to do with the Satin Slayer makes no sense. Pratt actually did a clever thing bringing Alex Cambias back & revealing he didn't kill Dixie. I'll always be annoyed that wasn't fully cleared up.

If Pratt had stayed I really wonder if he would have had it where Adam murdered Dixie. He seemed to have little use for the character, beyond an Annie prop.

The Satin Slayer was trying to kill Babe. He made her favorite breakfast. Dixie ate it instead.

That's the part that never made sense. It made sense for the Satin Slayer to be targeting Babe and want her dead, after all he poisoned her favorite meal. However Pratt re-wrote it as Adam trying to kill Dixie and that never made any sense either.

Basically. The re-write didn't add anything to the story and only made everything more complicated.

To be fair Pratt didn;'t even really commit. He made it sound like maybe Adam did, but they pretty conveniently dropped that by the time Pratt was gone--wisely. I do wonder though how Alexander Cambias seemed to know that Dixie wasn't killed....
