I know I did with the Y&R, ATWT, and GL threads but for some reason after looking through I don't think I ever posted my written summaries for two episodes of B&B from 1995, so here ya go, the first one is from May 26th, 1995

At the Forrester Mansion here's a sense of urgency as James warns a stunned Eric and Stephanie about the danger of Sheila's wrath. James explains it was only luck that helped him recently escape from being held imprisoned by Sheila. Eric assures both a concerned James and Stephanie his staff will be on high alert as obviously Sheila is very dangerous at the moment. Eric then leaves and James and Stephanie begin having small talk until Stephanie reveals to a clueless James that Taylor is alive and well and in town. Stephanie laments the entire complicated situation of Taylor/Ridge/Brooke/Omar to a stunned James

In the meantime at the Forrester pool Ridge is watching Taylor swim in the Forrester pool. Taylor tells Ridge she hopes the entire situation can be sorted out so they can begin their lives anew. Ridge isn't quite sure that will happen, since his family to him right now is Brooke and Bridget. Taylor reminds Ridge of the love they shared and tells Ridge she will always be family too and knows how important Bridget is to him. As Prince Omar secretly eavesdrops on the conversation, Ridge gives Taylor hope as he says no matter what will happen, he loves her and hopes whatever happens will be the best for the both of them. As Taylor leaves, Ridge is confronted by the prince, who chastises his treatment of Taylor and vows Ridge will never again be Taylor's husband.

Saving the best part for last, Mike is trying to comfort a devastated Sheila. She cannot believe that James betrayed her like he did. Mike insists that Sheila pick up the pieces and maybe it's time to move on. Sheila insists she can't, too many people like Stephanie have interfered in her life long enough that retribution is necessary. Mike suggests Sheila give up and catch a bus to another city, like how she left Geona City for LA. It's a perfect time to start fresh Mike explains and start over. Sheila calms down and seems to agree with Mike and packs up a bag. As Mike calls a cab for Sheila, she comes into the room with a gun and unhooks the phone line. Sheila tells a horrified Mike they aren't going anywhere, it's a perfect time to over indeed.....

Final scene is of Taylor in her apartment. She gets a knock on the door and when she opens the door she excitedly yells "James!" as he stands in her doorway with flowers...

Thanks for sharing! I uploaded the episode that aired two days before this one, until they took it down quickly , but hopefully it will be back on here now that I am planning a massive re-upload.

reading about Sheila leaving LA, makes me think of how fun it would've been if she ended up in Oakdale and then later Springfield to cause trouble there.....How fascinating would it have been if Sheila would have been the first soap villianess to worm her way into all 4 of the CBS soaps.

Stunning classic shot. Both Kelly and Hunter look breathtaking.

Thanks for sharing this......

they dont use the taxi bar anymore right?.....sorry if thats a dumb question? but this sint the same place where most of the younger crowd still hangs out at right?

I liked the in-character comments........I thought these were actual lines they use on the show about this place, but then realized they interviewed them in character.

I wouldnt think Stephanie would eat at a place like this, and the Spectras never seemed like "has nots".

I'm assuming this was part of a special article where they would talk about a popular dining place on the show? I'm curious if they did something like this for Y&R and talked about Gina's and gave recipe for "Gina's" pasta or something like that.

They did this for various restaurants on all the soaps.

I barely remember Taxi - just Cafe Rousse and Bikini Bar. I do wonder when we last saw it.

I really miss Cafe Rousse. Apparently people don't eat anymore.

I don't even remember the last time that set was on.

I think it was not used past 1992/1993 - as soon as they had "Pierre's" and later that Mexican locarna. By 1994 there was "Mannequins" which lasted till around 2000. Then they briefly tried another Latino place during the Tony/Kristen story, LAs Olas (2001-2003).

The original Bikini Bar was around from 1992-1996 when Sly torched it up. They brought it back as the Bikini Beach Bar in 2004 (?).

Ther also was The Lair (2000-2001) where Deacon was manager at and briefly Ozzy in 2003.

It was "Café Russe", French for "Russian Café" smile.png

Café Russe lasted the longest: from 1987 till 2008 (?) when Ridge and Brooke danced there when they learned that the restaurant was closing due to the bad economy. It was the first set whose fate was ever explained. lol
