AMC: Cady McClain Interview

I don't see why they'd have her return next week, barely a week after starting back to set up for her to be a ghost.

Nope this is an alive Dixie. Why rush her coming back if she's just a ghost again? You don't have to set up her being a ghost, she can just appear

Hey, I don't care. LOL She's inconsequential to me. Right now, I'm praying David has nothing to do with her...but that text doesn't like I'm going to dodge that bullet.

I do wonder if there's some kind of Zach/Dixie thing that we'll find out about.

David got an incoming text message at the end of today's show from someone saying "Plan in motion. She's all set". Then he smiled.

Methinks the Dixie plot thickens.

Cady says her early scripts are beautiful and touching. If Dixie is alive and the early scenes are her being held somewhere I can't see how they would be beautiful and touching.

On the other hand ABC has a press release out for TK's return that also refers to Dixie as having been "seemingly murdered" in 2007. Interesting wording.

I don't know. I wonder if they will be able to keep what form Dixie will be taking under wraps until the scene airs Tuesday. That would be pretty impressive in this day and age.

If she is alive I pray David has nothing to do with it. It would just be too much on top of Greenlee.

As much as I loathe the idea (and I think you know how much I do, LOL) I hope that's what the text as about. I have to admit the timing was perfect to make it a red herring that he's involved in the Erica mess.

Ah, me too. But if it's not her, then that text only really makes sense as relating to Erica...and that ain't no good either. LOL

When you put it that way I agree. If it has to be one of those two things then him having Dixie is the preferable option.

^I've seen it suggested elsewhere that the text could be something about Madison, Angie, or even Greenlee. But with the timing of it coming right after all the Erica drama and right before Jane revealed herself to Erica...it lines up pretty nicely to make him involved in the Erica mess. Or make him involved with Dixie still being alive, but us thinking he's part of the Jane stuff, for a bit. Since we see Dixie next week, it's likely about her...and if I have to pick, I choose this one.

Though, we saw how well this all shook out for David last time...so I'm not exactly chomping at the bit for him to be involved in this either. However, at this point, I think the character can take the hit better with Dixie, than Erica.
