That is a great promo, thanks for posting. So glad Kendall won't be in the hospital that long!! Sucks that it looks like Rev. Ricky is evil :( doesn't AMC know how many fans approve of him w/Kendall? Their agenda is clear as day, they are just manufacturing all this so that Kendall can be w/Griffin. I like them to, a little bit, but still...ugh.

I dont see anything manufactured at all. Ricky has been suspect from day one. I never believed that he'd simply be some normal reverand. He seems way too invested in her. I dont trust him

Well, I don't trust McNipple either because he smuggles drugs to other countries! I don't care whom he's helping. If it was David stealing drugs, all of Pine Valley would be rioting the streets demanding he be put behind bars.

Amazing!! I love it. It's all about KENDALL ;-)!! Looking forward to seeing her "uncover" Zach's death...I think Ricky might've had something to do with it but he didn't actually kill him. I'm hoping that promo is a bit misleading and Ricky didn't actually do it. Often these promos make so much effort trying to paint someone as the bad guy or something when really it isn't them at all. I hope this is Ricky's case!!

Of coruse he didnt do it himself. He's working for the people that did. Thee's a whoel organization involved. Ricky is just one of the pawns sent to get close to Kendall, most likely to keep her finding the truth and steer her in teh wrong direction

This is a really good promo, but just like movie trailers they tell you the entire story so you don't have to watch. If it was a mystery why such attention to the evil priest? I hate when they do this in the movies too. But anyway, it was really well done, except that that Minshew woman was all over it.

LMAO no way to defend her there, everyone has their opinion. I happen to think it's a GOOD thing "that Minshew woman" is all over this promo ;-). LOVE her. Like I said before: haters stay pressed, Alicia/Kendall is the best. That is all!!!

Yes most likely this but I'm hoping his involvement isn't as bad as it's seeming & there's a way him & Kendall could still work!

She brings out the Enid Nelson in me. Everyone has an inner Enid lurking somewhere. I don't understand how AMC let this thing take over the show, and its years now. Who is she? Where did they find her??? She just showed up one day and she was on 400 days a week. Rebecca Budig wasn't ruining the show enough I guess, so they had to double down.

    • There are no dumb questions here, we've all known each other long enough to fill in information without shaming each other.  We want you to be happy @carolineg.  Your POV as one of the few women here is vital. So, please, I hope you never feel as if any question, idea, or opinion is ever silly or stupid.  Your daily reminders about the realities of manicure and menstrual management has become a part of the personality of this thread. As for Hank, while I'm confident there's a plan in place.  It is frustrating that they announce these casting so far in advance that it is tough as an audience and wait it out until the thing happens.  I'm happy they didn't blow it the second Mike was in town, a week after meeting Liam. So, it is a slow burn.
    • I think his full name is Chadwick.  I remember, back when the previous actor was playing him, someone called him Chadwick a couple of times.  It may have been Stefano.
    • I didn't like those two sleeping together, but I suuure liked seeing BF in them. Wiggle and all. Just sad about the waxing of the chest.   Same.
    • It’s strange. I wonder if the writers at that time had worked with him somewhere else and had a relationship? That time is murky AF to find info on. Rachel Ames in effect left the show at one point in the early 80’s and she is credited like she was there until JFP. Tristan Rogers also took various contract breaks that were not short, and websites also credit him one long stint from 1981-1992. So many people come and go in short succession in 1982-part of 1983. I know they lost a lot of viewers when Genie left, but the show somehow survived yearly at number one through like sheer force of will.
    • In that way, at least we were fortunate.  The Daniel Pilon/Ron Raines decisions...not so much.
    • Letting Brennan put it in yet again while smirking over his shoulder... any day now! She's got him just where she wants him! I do think ol' Jack will be dead by February at the absolute latest. They have set him up as a counter-heavy to Sidwell, forcing poor Joss to work his next scheme or threatening to have her sent down for treason. Once he croaks I still deeply fear we will be subject to Valentin and Carly, partners in crime to lovers, possibly out to find out 'who killed Jack'. Anna was at her best keeping Sonny at arm's length and often somewhat cold, which she only really did (for better or worse) off and on during Carlivati's tenure. But Finola gradually got too emotional over Sonny, Jason, etc. and was allowed to do that onscreen too much long ago. Mulcahey brought some of that steel back, though Finola still managed to choke or quietly sob through some of that material as Anna found her way there lol. She's a brilliant actress and she did a good job with that stuff in '24, but now we're back to the same old and it humiliates the character whether she knows it or not.
    • Listen, I am all for Laura Wright wearing silly wigs and glasses if there was a point.  So far she's just been nice to Brennan and made out with him.  How evil lol!!  Even though I have been told Brennan loves her the writing was never there.  It's so low stakes.  Carly should maybe talk to her daughter and have an adult conversation instead. Laura and Anna look foolish.  I really don't have an issue with either being friendly or at least having some affection for Sonny.  I don't get both of them wanting to have a parade to announce how much they love him and how valuable the friendship is.  C'mon, Laura basically tolerated Sonny because of Luke until Lulu/Dante got together.  Anna likes Sonny because Robin did?  There really isn't much more of a reason for Anna to give him the time of day besides that.  They aren't lifelong buddies.
    • It is so dumb and is dragging on already after a couple weeks. By the time Carly wraps this up Joss will be running the local branch office. And yes, Laura deserves better. It's like they tripled down on this Sonny apologia stuff with her and Anna after the Mulcahey saga.
