this is a stunt. they rotate the cast in and out to save money since they can't have these actors on more than 70 performances a year. so they write him out for several weeks.....he can continue to work on that body of his at the gym...and we can see blake half naked for a while..would that be so bad?

Daniel Goddard isn't going anywhere, it was all a ruse. <_<

• Update on Daniel Goddard’s rumoured firing: It appears it’s a ruse and the actor is indeed coming back to the show. Well, this week anyway. This story keeps going back and forth each week.

It's probably another faked death because they haven't done enough of those on Y&R lately. They have only used that on Adam, Chance, and Skye within the last year.

Hmm sounds like Nellie's source told him a bunch of ish about Goddard begging and crying for his job :unsure:

So is Branco usually right? Just because he confirmed it does that make it so?

No. He's no different than any other scoopster. He gets some things right and some things wrong. He has people who love him and people who hate him. It's not that deep.

Not surprised at the "ruse" -- it's a good way to test how many fans really care. Y&R has really been smart about creating buzz (all the way to EB war with NPH) -- now if they could only get that creative in the writing....
