Never saw this before today when an Australian fan posted it.

This video gave me goosebumps. So powerful. Especially the first few scenes. Wow. They lived their whole life in front of us. The beauty and genius of the soap opera.

It just hit me, besides Doug and Julie first meeting each other, that Julie's then-hubby was played by none other than BJ Hunnicutt himself, a.k.a. Mike Farrell!

Yep. DAYS has him to its credit. Also from FATHER KNOWS BEST, Elinor (sp?) Donahue had a role on the show.

This is SSH giving the eulogy at the public Celebration of Bill Hayes Life at their local church last February.

I don't feel comfortable with you posting Susan's real-life eulogy on your Rumble account.

Why not just link to her church's video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdy2F-V29YU

It was streamed from the church publicly but still, I don't think it belongs to anyone except the family and close friends.

Tell me why, please. This is not a challenge. I sincerely want to know your thoughts.

The primary reason is that it is an edit. One does not have to go through so much else in a long service to get to it. A secondary reason is that my posting it will get it greater coverage. More people will watch it.

Ownership, I don't really think in those terms. I realize that some do. Troubling.

You could simply link to it, saying "Susan Seaforth Hayes’s eulogy begins
at one hour and 18 minutes into the memorial service."

This file no longer exists.

Instead, go to

and Susan's eulogy for Bill begins at the 1 hr, 18 minute mark. Many other portions of the memorial service are of great interest, too.

BTW, it would have been quite lovely if you'd simply answered my question.

I agree with @janea4old's advice on the videos.  And I would add that a number of members have expressed concerns about posting links to an alternative video site that panders to conspiracy theorists and incendiary content creators.  So, perhaps those posts are better suited for other social media platforms.

1. I do not post links here, by intent.

2. It is a viable alternative video hosting site.

3. If you don't think YT has conspiracy theorists I would just direct your attention to the 3 months following Anne Heche's death. Personally I am unaware of any pandering, period. The hosting sites exist. The crazies have things they want to post. As citizens of the Internet it's our job to stroll on past that crap, whichever hosting site we're on. IMO, anyway.

In this edit Julie & Chloe are bidding against each other for a nightclub bldg. What Julie says about Doug is why I'm posting it. The A/V gets out of synch. Go with audio.

This is an edit that I love. The OG Brady Brothers together in the signature leather jackets that for some reason all belonged to Drake, on the pier, in 1991 with an all-important flashback to the beach in 1984. Peter Reckell hits a home run!

My usual video hosting site, my usual account with the video title:
