That was not really SORAS as Marcus was never seen before. Donna was out of High School when B&B premiaired. Jennifer Garies' Donna is about 38 while Texas Battle's Marcus is portrayed like 20 even though the actor is indeed much older. But the way B&B writes Marcus, one would really think he´s 20. So the difference IMO feels like 18 years between them, making it believable. It helps that Texas looks very young for his age.

BTW; What is the opposite of SORAS? SORDAS (Soap opera rapid de-aging syndrom??) That happened to the entire Logan family on B&B except Brooke. Stephen & Beth Logan were older before that re-casted with Patrick Duffy and Robin Riker. Storm Logan lost a few years when William de Vry took over the role. Donna Logan lost 5 years when Jennifer Garies took over from Carrie Mitchum. Katie Logan lost 10 years when Heather Tom took over for Nancy Sloan.

The one I can't get over is Hope now being older than little Eric on B&B. They think it makes Adrienne Franz look better not to be playing mother to an 18 or 19 year old, but I think it would make her chracter look better if she was up to her baby stealling at the age of 14-15 rather than 18+.

A mistake GH made with SORASing is that they made Brook Lynn and Georgie older than Lulu. They also made Dillon and Brook Lynn just a year younger as Maxie when Dillon should actually be two years younger than Maxie while Brook Lynn should be six years younger which means not only did they make her older than both Lulu, they made her older than Georgie.

Maxie was born in October of 1990.

Dillon was born in 1992.

Lulu was born in August of 1994.

Georgie was born in February or March of 1995.

Brook Lynn was born in the fall of 1996.

GH has also De-SORAS Sonny. When he came on, it was implied that he was 30 which means that he should be like 47 right now but over the last couple of years, it has been obvious that GH has DE-SORAS him to around 40.

In 1995, Brenda was SORASED to 21. When she first started dating Sonny in early 1994, she was 18. She would have turned 19 on March 31, 1994. When her birthday came around in 1995, they had her turn 21. She skipped being 20.

Carly was also SORASED a couple of years. When she first came on in 1996, she was 22 but in 2005 and for the Reese storyline, they had it come out that she graduated high school in 1990 which means that she was 33 in 2005, not 31. That means that Carly would be 38 right now which means she was 20 when she had Michael when she really was 23/24 when she had him.

The Saved by the Belle kids of DAYS also skipped a year between graduating at 18 years of age in 2002 and being able to order drinks at the Cheatin' Heart by 2004. Easy for me to notice that skip in a year because I graduated a year before they did

They skipped more than a year. They were in college for one year, i believe, then they were 21.

Same thing with Stephanie, she went from 18-19 and a college freshman to graduating and being in early 20's in a year. Philip even mentioned one day about how she spent 4 years working for her degree.
