December 31, 200520 yr Member I'm so tired of Sheila - hopefully she might be killed off for good this time! And, I love Gloria - Judith Chapman is a standout performer and has made the role her own. I can't think of a better mother/son team than Gloria, Mikey and Kevin.
January 1, 200620 yr Member The faster Sharon finds out, the faster we can get back to the HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT Nick and Phyllis action!!! Time to make the donuts!!!!
January 1, 200620 yr Member I'm sorry but Tom was way more complex than Sheila could ever be. Sure he beat Kevin, but Roscoe as Tom gave the character so many different layers. Sheila just came off as really one dimensional IMO.
January 1, 200620 yr Member I'm sorry but Tom was way more complex than Sheila could ever be. Sure he beat Kevin, but Roscoe as Tom gave the character so many different layers. Sheila just came off as really one dimensional IMO. What the hell?! Its January 1, not April 1!!!!
January 2, 200620 yr Member Sheila was one-dimensional, on this go, due to hack of the year, I mean, headwriter Jack Smith. Tom, far less so. Nothing to blame on the actors, they're both high caliber and I've enjoyed both characters, off performance alone. This story was butchered, unfortunately.
January 2, 200620 yr Member But if shelia had stayed then they would have Declawed her but i suppose thats normal. I mean she couldnt be a villian and still stay on. In fact Y&R has no villians now
January 2, 200620 yr Member Only under Smith. Plenty of villains on any show stick around. Gotta love extenuating circumstances. Gotta hate Jack Smith.
January 2, 200620 yr Member Yeah but shelia would have needed to be redeemed LOL because with all the stuff that shes done the police just wouldnt let her run around for years. Characters like Helena can get away with that because she pops up and then goes into hiding. They could have used Lauren's change of heart towards her as a start
January 2, 200620 yr Member Again, that was all Smith. Sheila was all redeemed and suddenly he made her do more. She only have did stuff in the past to retaliate. It was pointless. Stupid hack.
January 2, 200620 yr Member I wish they'd kick Jack Smith out on his ass, and make Edward J. Scott EP again......
January 2, 200620 yr Member I wish they'd kick Jack Smith out on his ass, and make Edward J. Scott EP again...... Ed Scott is EP. Jack Smith is just not a good headwriter, period. I say they take a chance and get newblood to run the show. PM me CBS execs if you're interested
January 2, 200620 yr Member Ed Scott is EP. Jack Smith is just not a good headwriter, period. I say they take a chance and get newblood to run the show. Jack Smith is EP isn't he? I thought he was EP and co-headwriter But yeah Smith is not a good writer. He's been shredding the show limb from limb since he got here, with one story after another. He needs out.
January 2, 200620 yr Member What the hell?! Its January 1, not April 1!!!! Nope, it's not April 1 at all. IMO, it was pretty easy to see what character should have been salvaged and what one shouldn't. That choice was easily seen by reading some of the posts and magazine polls, as well as the rumors going around that KB wasn't pleased with the storyline or the writing for the character and wanted to leave.
January 2, 200620 yr Member Here are the credits from the CBS website.
