Thanks to DaughterofCokie! 1999 Canadian family movie "Restless Spirits", with a 12 yr. old Brittany Allen(Marissa) playing one of the neighborhood girls named "Stacey". She has blonde/light brown hair.

I don't understand why she is still on this show. She's dull, untalented and unattractive. I don't get it. You can be one of those things and stay on a soap but not all.

The only interesting thing in that clip was Paige Michalchuk.

It's ironic that you say that, because that's what I think of Lauren Collins. She isn't that "attractive" but she's interesting and has presence. Even as kid BA blended in. I was almost a minute and half into this boring clip wondering "when is she gonna show up?" before I realized she was there the whole time.

Lauren Collins has been in every Canadian project released in the last 10 years (I may be be exaggerating) and I've never been bored by her. Even when I hated Paige, which was often, I was still watching and interested.

I find Brittany Allen to be more interesting in that clip, than she is on AMC. I just can't get into her character on AMC for some reason. She's bland, boring, forgettable...

Sorry, I forgot to mention, if you can continue to watch : there are 2 other clips from the movie with Brittany! One is where Brittany & Lauren Collins encounters the "Restless Spirits" & when Brittany talks to the main girl at the end! Thanks!

I clicked on this thread, thinking someone had exposed another soap star's secret adult-film past. Shame on me (and on you).

I saw her in The Rocker, she had more facia expressions on her face in that film than she ever has on AMC. B&B's JMW was in there as well.

She does have a very average look, but as R said, she's interesting and has presence. She makes you care about her characters even when the writing doesnt really allow for it. She has really grown over the years too.
