TC's favored Nik status goes out the window with JJ and I am all for ending those horrid love scenes with his double chin and overly tatooed body. Lord knows how the show monitors the women's weight so closely but let's their actors do this crap.

JJ's Lucky was a real tool to Nik for years, kicked him around, I look forward to seeing Nikolas finally getting moved down a peg after years of Sason like favored status.

The character of Nikolas has served zero purpose since Stefan left the canvas, really no point at all and Helena while I love the actress, is nothing more than a cartoon prop the show uses.

I think there is a list of actors he can talk to who got screwed. Stephan Nichols, Kin Shriner, Genie Francis also. While I don't care for SBr and find her a overblown and hyped actress, she had every right to challenge the writing for her character. It was horrid.

Spinelli is also another unattractive out of shape one who gets love scenes. It is ugly to look at. With GV gone, there are no GH men left who even visit the gym or don't use steriods. So sad.

Well in all fairness I haven't seen JJ shirtless. Maybe he's bulked up a bit and is in decent shape.

The men are all sleazy pigs who get all the tail they want. The women have no control over themselves, and are all about catfights, babies, sex, or falling out of their tops.

I can't blame JJ for returning, I'm sure with this economy and a child he probably needs work, but he's going to have a hard time. Tony Geary is in outer space and none of the "leading men" on the show, with the exception of Bradford Anderson (who is not my cup of tea) bother to even give a performance.

Why is this, given the straight men are not a desirable demo and GH does terribly in this demo? It is because Guza is insane.

While I adored GV, JJ is going to hopefully push these morons out of their favored status. He's a fan fave, and can out act any of these morons on a bad day. While it's painful watching TC these days, the scenes with he and JJ's Lucky are really going to show how bad he's really gotten. The thing with TC is they have given him some material recently, going dark and vengeful with this Rebecca nonsense which he's played all wrong. I keep thinking someone needs to show him some of Stephan Nichols footage as Stefan. Brilliant. And I don't mind the actor who plays Dante. BA just is so OTT I can't watch him. MB and SBu put me to sleep

Honestly with as much as the actresses get bashed, they all at least show up to work and seem to put forth the effort. Some of the actors I have to wonder and they seem to put me to sleep.

No. JFP produces and has more power on GH than the SON myth believes. The actors in interviews say that she talks to them about their stories and their direction. LW said that JFP told her about her hair looking better straight which is why she rarely sports her natural curly hair any more. JFP is majorly involved. It seems that Guza has the back of his male actors and lets JFP run rough shod over the female actors with her brand of sexism.

I was actually encouraged to hear about the 2 new Cassadines thinking that maybe just maybe they have finally realized TC is awful and Nikolas is a boring putrid character and does nothing interesting on this show other than sleep with women. I never really liked the character much when TC came back, but the awful rape cheating storyline was just really bad for his character and to me he never recovered from it. He's forever known as the one man who cheated on his raped wife. They never show his kid, never really show him with his family, never see him spening anytime on work or anything other than chicks. When I heard they were both supposed to be evil and darker, I felt he might actually be replaced on canvas with the new male character they were brining on. His contract is up in 6 months.

Alexis I can never part with. NLG is a fab actress and she has very little involvement with the Cassadines anyway. So they can boot Nik, bring on Misha and Valentin as the new darker more interesting Cassadine element in Port Charles.

JFP doesn't like them. I was at a PA years back with BH and NL where they talked about JFP's hair fetish with the women. THey said they always had to make certain their hair colors and styles were different when they shared scenes together. One could not have their hair tied back if the other did either.
