Members y&r_fan
Actually, the SON dynamic has always reminded me of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFwIOTKEYhk And this would be the CBS board: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-xiX2mD-m4
Members MarkH
Whom do you nominate as Stewie?
Members y&r_fan
Hmmm... everyone? There is definitely an undertone of snobbery at SON (which I am just as guilty of as anyone else).
Members soapydoc
Michelle was only gone 3 and a half weeks in real life and 3 weeks on screen. But yes, it was contract indicated.
Members classicmoment
Really? Wow what a waste of talent and potential character development. This is a shame, Dru is obviously the anchor for that family but even w/o her characters like Neil and Olivia could have been redevloped properly to stand on their own or be taken in a new direction
Members y&r_fan
Kristoff isn't getting fired. That would be suicide and TPTB know that. They just don't know what to do with Neil since Tyra left.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
They knew what to do with Neil when Tyra was there? I certainly didn't see it.

Members Juliajms
Neil/Tyra was an epic fail, but now that it didn't work I do think they are afraid of just bringing on the next woman for him and letting that fail as well. It's obvious that Neil should be in Lily's story though, so I do think they are punishing him a bit. With any luck this is just the equivalent of of suspending a student that spoke out in class instead of an expulsion.
Members DeeeDee
That hasn't stopped TPTB from throwing women at Victor, Jack, Paul, Nick, JT, Daniel, Kevin or Jeff.
Members Juliajms
Very true DeeDee, but it's not the same thing, imo. I'm hoping that they understand the significance of the Winter's family to this show. We know the black audience is a big part of Y&R's demographic, so I like to think that they are not going to keep trying to replace Dru with people who are not going to cut it. Maybe I give them too much credit, but I just hope they are being cautious about ruining Neil the way they have Nick and Jack. Neil has always been a man of honor (ok, almost always) so having him declare his love to one woman after another is just not going to cut it. Having Neil cheat was just so OOC I wanted to slap someone. Daniel, Kevin and Jeff are so insignificant, they just aren't even relevant to what Neil represents. It doesn't matter how many woman Daniel bangs. He isn't the type of core central character Neil is. Same with Kevin and Jeff. These people will never be patriarchs. They don't have the gravitas for it. That said, it getting it right were a priority they would make it happen. They would bring on an actress of substance to try to rebuild the Winters. They really need to get on it one way or another.

Members Stevie
I saw it and he didn't bad mouth anything he just asked to be mixed in with the cast is all and to me it was a nice thing to say, he meant put him in storyline with people his age, nothing wrong with that. KSJ didn't badmouth Actor's just storylines like us fans have.
