Kay-Murphy have real potential, but one assumes they're headed to a ride on the backburner.

Murphy has to interact with other characters away from Katherine.

I didn't... but in this age, when Y&R is the only soap that actually bothers to hide some of their spoilers and give vague info, who would know in such detail what will happen in the next six months... it's all fanfiction, I believe.

Supposing even some of the spoilers are true, it would be better if they didn't reveal them. They're so out there that they confuse, anger and make you recoil. ONce they happen though, it may make sense and be done wonderfully - save for one.

I'll be so pissed if they kill Heather. To think she may never meet her brother Ricky or truly bond with Paul, tangle with MJ just leaves me cold. Yet so happy when she (Bloom) lands on another soap and becomes a major, popular heroine character

But again, spoilers just give you the event not the context, so we'll see.

Agreed. I like him as Kevin's "daddy figure" (I know others do not)...but he could definitely be integrated better into GC.

And these are more spumors than spoilers

Exactly. I feel as if I shouldn't have posted them. Enough craziness from me.

Maybe - if ever there was a supporting character in the true definition of supporting, it's Murphy. Personally, I don't need to see Jack/Cane/Victor and co. going to the bait and tackle shop to appreciate Murphy for who he is.

He's Lauren to Katherine's Michael.

Murphy is a great character but if all he's gonna do is prop Katherine he can go.

:lol::lol::lol:

I wish Murphy had moved his trailer onto the Chancellor grounds as his man-cave. And guys could come by there to watch the games and crack some cold ones. But I'm not sure anybody in GC does that.

Agreed.

Murphy was just part of a major storyline. I'm thinking he'll be in the background for a while but will eventually be integrated again. Le's hope he doesn't end up like Charlie on OLTL.

If those spumors are true, which I'm totally guessing about since I don't read spoilers, that'd be a great lolz. It certainly happens in real life and should in soap land.

I think Kenny (reading this thread as I type) is the source of the one spumor that you're referencing ("happens in real life") over @ DR. And he was VERY CLEAR that it was unconfirmed. So let's just see.

For anyone speculating about the late summer rumor that

Sharon goes into labor and is surprised when she gives birth to twins with different fathers,

I'm the one originally who posted that. A very reliable source gave me the information, but they classified it as strictly rumor at this point, and I posted it as such. I clarified more than once that the information wasn't confirmed. So please, don't anyone freak out, LoL. It's entirely possible that this will not happen.

Also,

yes... it's medically possible to have twins with different fathers. They had a story about it on the Today Show last week. Either the woman produces two eggs that are each fertilized with the sperm of different men, or two men's sperm penetrate the same egg and then the egg splits.

Crazy, but true! LoL.

Kenny, did you hear anything

about that Heather spumor?

Nope. Sorry.

Nope. Sorry.

Oh that's great. It just means it's fan speculation.

Maybe TPTB read this board and others and saw it and Heather will be the

surprise death

of the summer. :)

That, along with Colleen's BIG STORYLINE that made 3 episodes last month.

You can only dream of it.

Colleen's BIG STORYLINE that made 3 episodes last month.

Hopefully it will have 3 eps or less this month as well.
