As the murder investigation progresses, the woman at Ryan's side is ERICA. Pratt hints & calls it a ROMANCE, but even though PV residents think it's a cougar story, Pratt insists it is not. Pratt won't reveal if/when Ryan/Erica have sex. Annie/Adam/Aidan - A grateful Adam moves Annie, who saved his life, into the mansion where she gets real psychiatric help. Regardless of their ages, a sweet love story begins. The question arises as to what Emma saw on the night Stuart was murdered & it begins to look like Annie killed Stuart. Members dragonflies Posted May 19, 2009 Author Members Share Posted May 19, 2009 Thanks to Betty at SOC: David Canary was jolted when he learned that Stuart was being murdered, but as an actor was selfishly quite pleased w/ the options for Adam, who is now almost a third character - Adam w/ "his guts knocked out". DC assures viewers that Stuart's death is NOT a precursor to DC leaving AMC. Jennifer Bassey (Marian) & Lee Merriwether (Ruth) appear at Stuart's 5/28 funeral. Chrishell Stause (Amanda) has re-extended her contract. Anna Koonin is out as Nurse Gayle on 5/26. Frankie has been offscreen because of a stall in Cornelius Smith Jr.'s contract negotiations, which has since been resolved. Liza helps Jesse gather enough evidence to arrest Kendall for Stuart's murder. Liza claims she saw Kendall shoot Stuart. Kendall, who is initially happy to see Liza, soon starts to hate Liza for implicating her to Jesse & for sleeping w/ Zach.At Stuart's funeral Kendall slaps Liza & calls her a b*tch, at which point Jesse arrests Kendall. Colby starts to see Liza in a new light,,,Scott blames himself for his father's death...Kendall is arrested - for murder...PV residents mourn the beloved Stuart...Erica faces off w/ Liza... Jake & Amanda's perfectly paced romance gets a thumbs up. A viewer already loves Zach & Liza together. Carolyn Hinsey notes that AMC should bring back Brooke. If her daughter, Laura, were to come back (hopefully less annoying), maybe RYAN could be torn between two women who had heart transplants, especially since Laura has Gillian's heart. Gillian was Ryan's first love of his life before "Annie & Greenlee & Kendall & the chamber maid at the Valley Inn"... ********************************************************* Stuart's Murder - By Labor Day viewers will have a pretty good idea who the murderer is. As per Pratt, if tied to romance & & love stories, viewers can figure it out. Stuart will be seen this summer as a subconscious manifestation of guilty consciences in the lives of several PV residents. Zach/Kendall - They're thrown back together & RE-MARRY so that Zach doesn't have to testify against Kendall. Kendall gets deeper in trouble & Zach goes to further lengths to protect her. DA North wants Kendall behind bars because she's Erica Kane's daughter; Zach devotes his life to getting Kendall off. Jake is madly in love w/ his new wife & w/ that baby. How long will David be fooled? Tad/Taylor/Brot - The bullet to the head changes Tad. Taylor/Brot question their relationship. Taylor is drawn to Tad when she needs a good laugh. Pratt is eyeing a couple of love interests for Brot. Krystal - She reconnects w/ Jenny. David, Krystal, & Marissa are a dysfunctional family w/ JR on the outskirts. The Hubbards - Jesse learns that DA North is involved in Randi's past. When Angie learns the secret, she thinks Jesse was right not to tell her. Frankie returns & will find Randi immersed in the drama of her sordid past. Yes, we've seen it coming for years, yes, I want my girl to get back on the saddle...but with Ryan? Eh. I am thankful it's not Jack or David, or some random DA created just for Erica, but Ryan? Ick.
